About this house rental
Summary:
Beautifully updated 4-level split home in Columbus's Woodward Park neighborhood, with room for everyone to spread out. The open kitchen features granite counters, a large island, and skylights, while the fenced backyard with mature trees, a fire pit, and BBQ is perfect for entertaining. A ground-level bedroom and full bathroom are accessible without steps through the garage. With an owner's suite and multiple living spaces, this home comfortably hosts families and groups alike.
The Space:
Our recently updated home is a quiet oasis for you and your group during your stay in Columbus. The open living space is a great place to prepare a meal, and catch up with your group. Up stairs we have an owners suite, and 2 additional bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, and the other 2 have a queen bed. The bathroom has a bathtub, and double sinks. This bathroom is accessible both from the bedroom and from the hallway for the use of the other bedrooms. Fenced yard with mature trees ready to surround friends, fire-pit and BBQ. Great for entertaining indoors and out!
Downstairs (on ground level) we have a 4th bedroom with a queen bed, and also another full bathroom with walk in shower. Further downstairs we have an additional room that has an additional queen bed. We are happy to welcome any guests with accessibility issues. Our house provides a bedroom and full bathroom on the ground level of the driveway, and can be accesses through the garage which is a route with no steps. There are about 5 steps to up to the kitchen and main level, but there is bedroom and bathroom without steps needed.
Guest Access:
Guest will have exclusive access to the house and yard of our property. There are no shared spaces.
The Neighborhood:
Our Neighborhood is a tree lined street with lots of great families and houses. It is quiet, and we all respect each other as neighbors.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)

Perfect house for our family getaway. Great location near shopping but away from Crowds. Quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and clean. Nice owner.

This house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. My adult sons live in Columbus and my wife and I travel to celebrate holidays with them. We like to cook together. This house was incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen countertops and island provided ample space for food preparation. The location was close to grocery stores and an I-71 exit that was the gateway to anywhere in Columbus. Landlord was nice and made sure we had what we needed. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for a few nights and found that the space utilized all our needs. The beds were some of the best sleep I’ve ever gotten, away from home!! The cleanliness of the restrooms were the only disappointment. More attention to detail and the double checking of the finished job would probably alleviate that type gross neglect. But overall, for the quality of the beds alone I would stay here again!! Definitely was affordable and located in a quiet community.
