They upgraded me yes but it was a big inconvenience and they promised me a certain price and they didn’t honor it the fi

I didn’t like nothing about this property we pulled up and the house wasn’t ready beds and all on the porch

They canceled the property as we pulled up saying they sent an email that the property wasn’t ready email was sent an hour before check in they did upgrade me to another house which was nice but the promised a discount I never got then they denied me any discounts and said take it up with booking.com
