This stunning 6BR/4.5BA renovated church blends historic charm with modern luxury across 4,600+ sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed living space. Family-friendly amenities include high chairs, children’s plates and silverware, and safety doors at both the top and bottom of the staircase to help prevent little ones from accessing the stairs unattended.
Located on a quiet street in the Old North neighborhood, just 1.5 miles from Ohio State’s campus, with easy access to campus events, football games, restaurants, and local hotspots.
Parking Options
- Free on-street parking directly outside the building
- Gated off-street parking available for $25/day per vehicle
- Space for approximately 3–6 vehicles depending on availability
Pet Friendly
Pets are welcome with a $200 pet fee per pet. Pets must be supervised at all times or crated when left unattended.

My family of 16 stayed at this property for 2 nights. It was exactly as described. Beautiful inside. It can be 2 separate rentals (I think) or one large one. There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Two kitchens. Two large living spaces. There were plenty of towels. We only used the downstairs kitchen and it was stocked with typical cooking supplies. There was a small array of spices, coffees, sugars, etc.... Paper towels were included. The bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, and soaps.The bed I slept in was very comfortable. Our family was very happy with the unit and it was great to all be together in one space for the weekend. Parking was our biggest issue as this property is located in an older area of Columbus and is very near OSU campus. There is plenty of parking on the streets right nearby (we had no issues finding parking very close,) but the streets are all one way and narrow. Just be aware if you drive a larger vehicle. We would definitely recommend this unit and hope lots of other families can enjoy it the way we did.

The Church was immaculate — we were very impressed! The house came stocked with a lot of essentials (toilet paper, trash bags, kitchen and cooking items, etc.), which made our stay really convenient.The space itself is huge and was more than enough room for our group of 13. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space.We did experience a wind-related outage during our stay, but the host went above and beyond trying to help and stayed in great communication the entire time.Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!
