-House is canopied by a cottonwood tree that is over 100 years old
-Shared driveway with off-street parking for 6 cars
-Fully equipped laundry room containing washer, dryer and ironing board
-Every bedroom has it's own smart TV
-Fully equipped kitchen with butcher block countertops and new appliances
-Large fenced backyard, great for families and friends
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire house and yard, apart from two owner's closet. Guests will not have access to the detached garage.
Interaction with Guests:
We value the privacy of our guests, but we live in the city and are available by message or phone call if you need any assistance.

CHECK IN: Check in is at 3 PM or later
CHECK OUT: Check out is at 11 AM.
PARKING: Our driveway has space for 6 vehicles. It is a shared driveway with our neighbor, so you may see a number of vehicles parked on their side. The driveway is large enough for vehicles on both sides. There is additional free unlimited on-street parking.
CAMERAS: In order to prevent parties, there are Ring cameras on the property that record all motion in the front and backyards. They are attached to the front and back porches of the house and face outwards, so they cannot record the interior of the house in any way.
