Huge New 4BR/2.5BA home w/ big back yard and deck

great beds and many smaller spaces for conversations. Well equipped kitchen. Full four bedrooms upstairs. Another upstairs bathroom would make getting ready easier, but we made it work.

It was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday with friends in Columbus! The house had enough space to entertain everyone (12 people) at the same time, there were enough cooking utensils to make breakfast and dinner, the backyard was spacious enough for games. The house was also nice and clean! Everyone had a bed, however I will say everyone that slept in a bed claimed that the beds were very firm. If you are used to sleeping on a bed with a hint of softness you may want to bring along a blanket or your own pillow to get a better nights sleep. That said, for the price we would rebook if we had to, it’s a nice distance from the bars and all the fun!

The Host communicated quickly and consistently and the property was clean and ready for us. Check-in was very simple and the location worked well for what we needed.

Needed a little get away with the family and this was the perfect place to stay!

This is the second time we have stayed in Jordan's property. The location is excellent, the home is large and arranged properly for a larger group. Setting up our experience was easy and communication from Jordan was timely and efficient. Our group had a blast visiting the Columbus area. Thank you Jordan for making our stay amazing!

Our family stayed here for 2 nights to break up a long road trip from New York to Tennessee. The property was clean and well maintained. It was located close to the highway and was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the private backyard space was an added bonus. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Some additional indoor chairs would be helpful.

Half way point to meet our kids. Lots of room and bedrooms were big. Nice that back yard was fenced in. Close to the zoo, grocery stores and restaurants.

Good Stay for Columbus zoo. We enjoyed the space in the backyard.

My family and I showed cattle at the Ohio State Fair. House was in a great location, and plenty of room for everyone. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rent this house again!!!!!

Big home and yard. Comfortable beds. Dining chairs in corners of dining room were literally falling apart- and I was glad I saw that before I sat down. There were cold metal chairs at the dining table but served the purpose. I was unable to find a broom or anything else to clean. I like to clean up after ourselves, especially with children and it rained. The owner had some extras there to make our stay comfortable. I would stay again but definitely not at the standard rate. A lot of things need updates and repairs such as table on back deck. Disappointed there was no grill or fire pit like most homes offer. We didn’t have room to lug a grill along. The home served its purpose and we slept good with nice cold air and comfortable beds.

Clean quite

A group of 7 of us visited for the Origins game convention and this house was great! Clean, nice bedrooms, and big enough to spread out and relax! The host was very accommodating and we would unanimously all stay again!

In town for a family celebration. Location was perfect and the house was comfortable for all. Beds are very comfy! The deck was nice in the evening to sit outside. Host was responsive to questions. We did not have any issues. It was a great weekend!

My family 4 adults, 3 kids all 3 and under stayed here and it was great. We went to the Columbus Zoo and Zoombezi bay and it was a short distance away. The house was clean and nicely stocked. I loved the multiple bedroom options. If you have kids it's nice because the backyard is fenced in and they can run freely while you chill on the nice deck. Jordan was a great host and made check in very easy and was available for communication during our stay. I definitely would suggest making this your next stay if in the area.

Property was very clean and well kept, we only had one issue and that was that the air conditioning didn’t work our first night. I contacted Jordan about the issue, and he was very friendly and and resolved the issue early the next day. Overall it was a great experience

We were in town for a long weekend for daily concerts and needed to be close to our venue. This house was the perfect location for our group! Jordan was very welcoming, attentive and available if we needed. The house is very spacious, the deck is perfect for morning coffee and winding down in the evening. Only item missing was the grill that we learned they had just recently gotten rid of. Still a very good spot for your stay.

This spot is the perfect place for our group. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived and Jordan was quick to respond with any messages we sent. We will be booking again!

Suited our needs.

This was a great place for my extended family to stay for the weekend. Plenty of space for the adults and kids to gather separately as well as a fenced yard for the dog.

Our stay over the weekend was fun and we had a nice time while we were staying here. The place was well cleaned and had all the essentials we needed. The only problem we had was how loud a lot of the floor boards were when trying to walk around at night. Other than that this place was great.

This is an older home but is very spacious and clean. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to I 71. The staircase was steep and could use a handrail(s) on the upper section for safety. The stairs were very creaky (noisy). Comfortable beds. More towels would have been nice as all the girls have long hair and like to have a separate towel for that. Overall, we were very pleased with the house and our family enjoyed being able to stay together. It was great to be able to have the dogs with us. Rental rate and fees reasonable.

Needs:stairs were very steep. My mother is 88 and couldn’t get to the room or bath upstairs. Railings would be helpful on steps Poor selection of kitchen supplies- no bowls, no frying pan and pans that were there were beat up. deck had a very unsafe cut out space where the garage door entered. I’m surprised it passed codes. Beds were great, towel supply was good. For a house that slept so many, seems there would be more than a keurig-like a coffee pot. Master bath was very tiny and railings in bathrooms would be good. Communication was Jordan was very good. Space for family was nice and neighborhood was nice. Location was great for us

Good basic accommodations - comfortable and clean. Could use a few more “perks” but we weren’t there a lot so it worked well for us. VERY comfortable beds!

House accommodated 7 adults and 2 small children just fine. Definitely could use some updated decor. Nothing expensive, but some pics on the walls in bedroom’s, living, and dining room would be nice. Just to provide a more relaxing feel. Possibly look into adding a umbrella for patio table and some paint out there. Again nothing expensive. Home may need a exterminator visit due to spiders and ants. We seen a few of each inside. The family enjoyed our stay and would consider this property again.

This was a cute little home, perfect for multiple people staying. We have 7 friends total and everyone could comfortably fit on all the beds. The home was very clean and put together. The hosts were very helpful and provided everything we needed. Very lovely and we all enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing stay! There were 8 adults staying in the house and we each had our own bed! It was super chill neighborhood and the hosts were very chill! It was awesome being able to cook our meals and not have to worry about going anywhere after the concert. 10/10!

We needed a place for our extended family to stay while in town for the weekend for a wedding, and this worked out perfectly for us!

Only complaint is that the grill was listed in the amenities and was totally unusable and should be trashed! Also the deck was so rough we were afraid to even walk on it! The rest of the house was great and we really enjoyed our time!

The area did not seem to be a tourist destination, so I’d imagine people use it as a lay over on road trips. So what would it take to make this price point more worth it for families. First a washer & dryer is a must when you are renting a home. This was my oversight, so completely my fault, washer & dryer is always standard so I didn’t read that part closely. But after a long day of driving going to 3 different laundromats to find a decent one open & spending 2 hours there, was not how I imagined spending my evening at the house. It has 1 bathroom to share for 3 bedrooms… which is fine for kids. But the house was not setup for kids. TVs in room did not have a streaming setup.. (should be Disney). my suggestion would be, do away w/ the single bed room & make it into a bunk bed room with a gaming system & a few games & books. Also needed drapes to darken bedrooms it was bright. The other “living room”downstairs had nothing in it but a few couches, this could be a teen & kids hangout room. With a small table w/ crayons maybe a foosball table. These things would make up for the master bathroom being so teeny & the house having no a/c. Lastly a small swingset w/ slide & small barbecue would make this house a great pit stop on summer road-trips for families. Without these changes I’d say the house is clean, fine, & Access was easy, if price was lowered by $100 a night & a list of decent nearby laundromats & restaurants were left in the booklet than I’d consider staying again.
