Love their cabins, stayed in them 2-4 times in last few years (usually pull our camper down in summer to stay here),cabins are always very clean and comfortable we always like to come for halloween haunt fest and Christmas winterfest at kings island prefer cabins to hotels, got to give shout out to their staff really helpful and friendly thank you!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and had a mixed experience. Before arriving, I reached out through Expedia to ask about early check-in but never received a response. Check-in itself was simple—keys were left in an envelope outside the office, which worked fine since no one was around.
The cabin was cute, cozy, and in a great location tucked off the highway near Kings Island. However, the cleanliness was a major downside. The carpet had visible debris and matted pet hair and human hair, and the bed sheets and pillows had stains and stray hairs, window ledges, blinds and baseboards were caked with dust — all of which made the space feel like it hadn’t been properly cleaned before our stay.
The kitchen setup was also limited. There were only four of each dish/utensil, so if you’re staying with more than four people, plan to bring extras. There were also no sharp knives or a cutting board, which made simple food prep difficult. And there were no extra trash bags for the trashcan.
Because it was off season, most of the property’s amenities were closed, so we didn’t get the full experience. The golf simulator was open but cost $50 per hour, which felt a bit steep.
Overall, it’s a charming location with potential, but cleanliness and communication definitely need improvement.
