Modern 4-bed Cottage Llanwrst Town Centre & Parking - Snowdonia! near Betws-y-Coed

the property was clean on arrival, fresh towels on beds. Very good location and had many things to do around the area. Also the Parking had 2 spaces which was good.

The bedrooms feel alot more smaller than it’s shown on the photos we had to make space somehow organising our thing and the beds were fine but they had a very soft mattress which most of us found uncomfortable and hard to sleep on but they were clean and did the job. There were a few things that needed fixing around the cottage, like some door handles, the main toilet door locks were inadequate was not staying closed, there was also a leak on one of the radiators and downstairs shower had a leak when switched on which we notified the owner on due course apart from that everything was fine.

The accommodation was very modern and great location for our trip

minor point but being 6ft 5 i struggled in the upstairs shower as it was too low.

The location of the house is very close to Snowdonia National Park approx 25-30 from Tryfan or Snowdon. A large house that can easily accommodate two large families.Good contact with the owner.

Cleanliness,dirty stove and tiles,dirt on the sofas and under the beds,dirty dishes. The worst was the mold on the window in one of the bedroom. The bathrooms were clean.
