A perfect, spacious retreat for a memorable family getaway.

Tyn Y Fron is an absolutely stunning home in the heart of Betws-y-Coed, perfectly positioned for exploring Snowdonia and the wider Conwy Principal Area. The house is beautifully maintained, spacious, and ideal for large family gatherings. The bedrooms were comfortable, the communal areas were warm and inviting, and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped for cooking festive meals. Every detail felt thoughtfully prepared for guests.

Honestly, there was very little to fault. If anything, we just wished we had booked a longer stay!

Fantastic house & setting….ideal for a short break with access to Snowdonia

Absolutely fantastic house in stunning grounds, a 10 min walk from the centre of Betwys-Y-Coed and only a short drive from Snowdon. Great facilities, clean and welcoming host. Would highly recommend and we will hopefully be back in the future👍

It was a perfect house, garden and location for us to have a family holiday all together under one roof.

A very spacious and comfortable house - all the bedrooms had their own bathroom facilities which was great as there was 10 of us - a home from home with kitchen utensils etc - a beautiful garden with a lovely view - great location for travelling around - I would definitely recommend.

Amazing, Beautiful, Stunning!

This stunning house, in one of the most Beautiful locations in Wales, was much more than we could have ever expected! The photos do not do justice to the property at all. Well equipped kitchen, gorgeous bedrooms - all ensuite, plenty of big, comfortable reception rooms. Perfect for group gatherings of friends and family. We will definitely be back - It was just PERFECT! Beautiful gardens and a shirt walk into Betws and to Fairy Glen. Fabulous weekend with precious school friends - We had the BEST time. Thank you x

Fantastic location and amazing views from the property.

Just one set of keys for a large property. The Nespresso coffee machine that was provided didn't have enough pods (just 2) and then we couldn't find pods in any of the stores nearby which was a shame.

Brilliant spacious house for our large mountain biking group.

Great location for biking direct from house to local trails!! Excellent facilities for bikers - garage lock up, stand pipe for bike washing, porch for muddy boots etc. Enough hot water for 10 people to get showered. Spacious enough for 10 adults to sit and eat in dining room and relax in lounge. Well equipped kitchen - had everything we needed for large group cooking. The log fire in living room was a real hit. Everything was spotlessly clean and we did our best to respect this. Belinda was very helpful and accommodating throughout all communication. Would totally recommend this place.

- beautiful house - wonderful choice of amenities reflect the host has great taste - excellent location - very friendly and easily accessible host - the house offers every amenities you can imagine - big co-op within 7 minutes drive

- (its only for the sake of writing and not a criticism at all) we struggled initially figuring out the heating system (although we figured out eventually). Perhaps a more clearer instruction in the manuals might help others

Unbelievable house, very clean, comfortable and loads of space

Fantastic house for our whole family to stay together for the weekend. Each have very comfortable beds with smooth clean bedlinen. Ensuite facilities in each room is amazing. Kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Even a rice cooker! Very very great find!

My only quibble, if i had to say, was the shower could have been hotter. It was warm but I love a hot shower. I don't like moaning when everything else was perfect. We will defo go again. Dolidnt stop us all enjoying our stay.

Awesome place,

Lovely house, very good value, hosts very accommodating. Wonderful views of the national park. Really lovely garden for barbeques and the afternoon/evening. Would definitely come and stay again.

Small gripe, but bins and recycling outside needs to be larger for a house that sleeps 12. Other than that it was perfect.

Stunning property and house! Far exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend.

The house and the gardens are beautiful! Rooms are lovely and each has their own bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of space. Everything was clean and comfortable. Hosts were very nice and helpful as well.

Have to drive into town because the suspension bridge is closed but it really wasn’t a problem. Driveway is very narrow so just take your time and be careful!
