Property was very nice, in a beautiful location, very well equipped. Not far from centre of town.
Parking a bit difficult due to narrow entrance to driveway. Problems with heating as had to request this to be turned on at beginning of September but then came on in middle of night. Walk into town affected by closure of pedestrian footpath opposite.

Very comfy beds (high for little kids), beautiful location, kitchen was well equipped. Very kind welcome gifts! We really enjoyed our stay.
Fire place is electric - not a drama but we thought it was going to be a real fire. Foot bridge is closed so walk to town is 25mins not 7. Nice walk though!
We were able to use main parking area but cottage parking could be a squeeze if the other parking is full.

Spotlessly clean.
Soap & cleaning products provided & a few thoughtful extras.
Quiet location & lovely garden.
Creaky floorboards meant a trip to the bathroom upstairs (bedrooms are downstairs) woke everyone!
The driveway is very narrow-glad I wasn’t driving!

Beautiful grounds and village. Just gorgeous scenery. The caretaker was lovely when I had to ring late as there was a mix-up with the pin for entry. It was a wonderful location from which to explore the region, including Caernafon, Conwy and Llanwrst.
The bathroom is on a different floor to the bedrooms (just a word of caution for those with dodgy knees). Although the cottage is lovely, it's very close to other buildings and people walk past the cottage windows when going to and from the carpark, so it lacks the privacy suggested in the photos. Really tight drive and parking space.

We couldn’t get used to the upside down house idea.

it was private. welcoming basket which was unexpected and very much appreciated.
Narrow, steep drive and tight to get into cottage parking space. As we were the only ones there we used the b&b parking.

All the facilities. The welcome basket. The subtle little things it had them all.

The wifi was excellent which was essential for us. Belinda was so thoughtful and made us really at home but gave us plenty of privacy. She went the extra mile making it seasonal for Christmas. The cottage itself was modern but homely and perfectly comfortable for our family of four (kids 6 and 9). The village is close by and fantastic for shopping and all the mountain and river walks you could want. Llanrwst has everything else you need and a really good chippie.
Nothing we didn't like but the driveway is narrow and tricky to navigate the first few goes, we were experts after a week.

The only negative issue was not in responibility of the landlord - the suspension bridge to Betws-y-Coed is closed and the walk via the road is not as nice (but doable). Hopefully the town concil of Betws-y-Coed will act soon ;-)

The host Belinda went above and beyond, and sitting in the garden early evening was lovely.
Could do with dusting the ceiling corners to remove the webs and spiders.
