Albicocca casa al mare con ampio giardino privato

Posizione ottima a pochi centinaia di metri dalla spiaggia in una via secondaria molto tranquilla. La casa è spaziosa e ben suddivisa, con porte che possono isolare le diverse aree in maniera efficace soprattutto se si ha esigenza di non disturbare chi sta dormendo. La doppia esposizione della casa consente di avere sempre aria fresca circolante in casa, potendo sfruttare gli spazi esterni sia davanti che sul retro. I condizionatori sono nuovi e funzionano egregiamente anche al minimo in modalità deumidificatore. Il giardino posteriore con patio è grande e accogliente. La lavanderia separata è una ulteriore comodità.

Le zanzariere sono rotte o assenti sulla maggior parte delle finestre. L'aggiunta della lavastoviglie sarebbe necessaria soprattutto per soggiorni lunghi. Necessario affilare o cambiare i coltelli da cucina e dotare la cucina di pirofile o teglie da forno.

What a great apartment! This is the kind of place that lives up to its description and even exceeds it. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has a cozy backyard. The beach is just a 5-7 minute walk away. There is a nearby store and plenty of restaurants. However, the street is very quiet. Special thanks to the management who were always in touch and helpful! We accidentally locked ourselves out, leaving the key inside. Despite the late hour, we were assisted less then an hour! We highly recommend this apartment!

Great backyard. Lots of room. Quite street.

Need to get a water cooker. Otherwise excellent!
