There is no kettle, so if you are a tea drinker you boil pans of water ! There were mugs though so that was good . The WiFi password could be a little bit shorter but worked fine once joined .

Terrible soundproofing. You will hear a baby crying from the next apartment and neighbors talking until 2am from the top. The apartments need renovation, wooden windows, through which you can hear people and cars. I feel like I'm in 1970. No parking place as it was mentioned. I should find it every time in neighbor streets.

Lucca comics in famiglia

Appartamento molto spazioso completo di lavastoviglie e lavatrice e due bagni. Pulito e già con i letti pronti all' arrivo. Assolutamente in centro al paese e super vicino al lungo mare. Zona molto tranquilla (anche se noi abbiamo soggiornato in autunno in occasione del Lucca comics). Nelle vicinanze un piccolo market, pescheria, pizzerie. Posizione comoda per raggiungere l autostrada e località vicine. Il proprietario ha sempre risposto al telefono per qualsiasi necessità.

Purtroppo non c'è un parcheggio riservato o condominiale e seppur in bassa stagione difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio in prossimità dell appartamento.

Ci tornerei sicuramente!

La struttura è vicinissima al mare, i parcheggi in strada e nelle vie vicine sono liberi, a poche decine di metri ci sono negozi di ogni tipo: panetteria, pizzeria, mini market, parrucchiere, ristoranti e tanto altro. In casa ci sono 2 bagni, entrambi con doccia, in sala da pranzo e in una camera ci sono ventilatori a soffitto che rendono la permanenza in giornate particolarmente calde piu confortevole. I serramenti e alcuni pavimenti sono un po’ datati ma l’arredo è nuovo. È presente un piccolo terrazzo, utilissimo per i bidoni dei rifiuti e per stendere. L’appartamento è al primo piano e lo stabile è dotato di ascensore. Padrone disponibile telefonicamente.

È poco isolato acusticamente. Altra cosa che migliorerei sono alcuni cuscini dei letti e il divano, che è un po’ piccolo (2 posti), ma nel complesso questi fattori pesano poco rispetto ai vantaggi.

Breve vacanza in famiglia

L'appartamento è molto carino, spazioso e adatto x 4 persone, con due camere,,due bagni, cucina attrezzata, soggiorno e un balcone interno. Ci sono tutti i confort anche x un soggiorno lungo, wifi, lavatrice, lavastoviglie . La posizione è davvero comodissima, veramente a due passi dal mare e con negozi, coop, pasticceria bar e ristoranti nei dintorni. Il proprietario è una persona squisita e ci ha accolti molto bene, dandoci anche utili informazioni sui dintorni.

Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo, ma non c'è aria condizionata, non so se in estate inoltrata sia utile in zona o se si stia bene lo stesso.

Soggiorno mediocre

L'appartamento era pulito. La posizione era ottima per lo scopo del nostro viaggio. I letti erano comodi.

L'appartamento è molto vecchio e ha decisamente bisogno di manutenzione. Nel bagno piccolo, il bidet perdeva acqua e la pressione dell'acqua del lavandino era minima. Le prese di corrente nelle camere erano poche e in posizioni scomode. In cameretta, l'unico punto di luce era una piantana in fondo alla stanza, un po' limitata soprattutto al buio da trovare. La casa è in una zona abbastanza tranquilla di Lido di Camaiore ma, essendo vecchia, non è per niente isolata e SI SENTE QUALSIASI RUMORE, soprattutto il chiasso dei vicini un po' maleducati. Purtroppo al nostro arrivo mancava la carta igienica, chi puliva si è dimenticato di metterla a disposizione, quindi siamo dovuti andare a comprarcela da soli nonostante la segnalazione. Anche la comunicazione delle istruzioni per il check-in e l'ingresso è stata un po' deludente. Siamo arrivati alle 10 di sera e non sapevamo il piano dell'alloggio. Fino alla mattina stessa della prenotazione, non avevamo ricevuto alcuna istruzione su come entrare nell'appartamento. Ho dovuto chiamare io l'host. Nel complesso, meno male che siamo stati in giro tutto il giorno e che tornavamo solo la sera per lavarci e dormire.
