BETTY - My husband and I have been staying in condos since the early 60's with our children, now grown. Still going to Daytona with their children. We have to say this condo was the best we ever stayed in. We were setback when we walked in. The pictures does not tell the entire story about this condo. There is five sliding glass doors leading to outside to the balcony. Each bedroom has its own private balcony. The entire condo has glass to be able to see all directions. East, south, and west lovely views. Lots of closet and storage area. Newly renovated. Well appointed. We will definitely be going back.

Excellent recently renovated accommodation. Immaculately clean. There are multiple balconies so you can look south towards ponce inlet or west towards the inland waterway. We loved the view so much we moved the television away from the window so we could just gaze out. Very good supply of linens and towels. Owner was very professional, courteous and prompt.

There aren't enough superlatives and positive adjectives to describe this gorgeous, modern and obviously, well-maintained condo. 10 - Views. There's a view in EVERY room. You're taken aback the moment you walk through the door. As in, am I really seeing this?!! As much as the pictures here reveal the beauty, they don't QUITE do it justice. Close! It doesn't show that the entire window behind the tv - between sliding glass door from the side of living room all the way across to the kitchen - looks out to the ocean. It's not a wall. It's a WINDOW. Amazing. 9 - You get sunrise AND sunset. SUNRISE and SUNSET. I fell in love with the inter coastal this vacation. We literally just moved from balcony to balcony to balcony and back again. We were condo balcony nomadic wanderers. Just unreal views. 8 - Zero condo obstruction. This is a big one down in the Daytona area. There's not a condo on this side. Wide open. Hello, world! 7 - Closet space. Everywhere you look, there is room to put your belongings. You'll never bring enough stuff to fill that place, so don't even try. It's incredible. My girls had parties in the closets. (They're 3 and 1.) 6 - Secure, safe and quiet. Everyone is so incredibly nice. You'll meet the nicest people at this clean and cared-for property. And you'll never hear them. We were were sure we were going to get kicked out when my kid had a major tantrum. No one even knew! (Phew.) 5 - This might be random, but I thought of it before we went down. Would it take forever to load/unload or try to get kids up and down from condo being on the 17th floor? NOPE. Fastest 3 elevators in the east! 4 - Hot tub is HOT. Pool is HEATED. Ocean is...well, it's the ocean. And it's right there, so no one is allowed to complain. 3 - The owner is extremely nice. He was quick to respond to any inquiries. He was just such a pleasure to meet. And you could tell he was enjoying how much we were enjoying the place the more we saw. At every turn, we got more excited at what we saw. And it makes you want to take care of it while you're there which explains why it's in such great condition. 2 - Crabby Joes is a stone's throw away. Don't feel like driving? Just walk over to your neighborhood pier. It's right there. GET A MAI TAI. 1 - VIEWS! In summation, I want to live there. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We had the pleasure of staying at the apartment for two weeks late June, early July 2013. The apartment is quiet, very nicely furnitured, located close to a pine wood, and on a ten minute walk to the beach and the beach establishment. The hosts Paulo and Tanja are very friendly and such nice people! We are very grateful to them for helping us out on our stay. They take very good care of their guests, and we warmly recommend anyone who considers a holiday in Viareggio to stay at the apartment. Top grade for sure!

"The apartment is nice, clean, well-equipped and comfortable for 4 or even 6 people. The location is ideal for a vacation, overlooking a park providing perfect place for relaxing on the balcony and still close to the beach (500 m, about 10 mins), shops and motorway. Pisa, Firenze, Lucca and Cinque Terre are all within an hour's drive so everything is together for a perfect vacation."

"If you are looking for a nice apartment in a peaceful location, within a large Italian beach resort; then Casetta in Versilia will be ideal for you. The apartment is immaculately clean and has just about everything you will need. The family who rent it met us and could not have been nicer. It is NOT one of those apartments that has only 4 plates, 4 glasses and only the most basic of items etc.. In fact, it feels more like you have borrowed a good friends apartment rather than taking a rental. If you wished to, you could cook all your meals in the apartment. The apartment comes with free access and umbrella on the beach (Umbrella 2x loungers and a chair) plus the use of a lovely personal beach changing room. This is a big plus, as it can be very very expensive getting access onto the beach! The beach is a 5 minute stroll from the apartment. It also has its own car parking space which is again important as The resort is quite large and has a long promenade with shops and restaurants. From our personal experience it seemed to be mainly occupied by Italians on holiday. We hired a car at Pisa airport and found Viareggio a really good area for exploring, with Pisa, Lucca (very nice) and Carrera each only about 30 minutes away. We also visited Portovenere, a picturesque coastal town – possibly best to visit mid week as its very busy at the weekend. Also approximately an hour away was the area know as Cinque Terra which is also meant to be beautiful. A very nice apartment and very glad that we chose it!"
