Our family and Au Pair loved the house. Very nice and comfortable. Also loved the backyard with the dart board. Pros: Very clean with great lighting. 3 bedroom and 2 full bath. Nice backyard with plenty of room, small table, chairs, propane fire pit, lawn games. Comfortable beds, great smart TV connectivity for family movie night. Air purifiers in the house to help recycle air.Cons: Washer and dryer a little noisy, cars did not abide by the speed limit in the neighborhood so can be dangerous for small kids! Animal friendly house and there was a slight odor of kitty litter when we first arrived. Overall a great stay and would recommend to anyone interested in the area. Our family would utilize this property again in the future. Thank you!

This house is so well designed and furnished that you just smile and relax immediately on walking in. The back yard has a peaceful zen feel nestled beneath old growth cedars and firs. The owners have improved the outdoor space, which was already wonderful. We couldn’t find a single fault and recommend this rental most highly.

Spent two days with daughter and grandsons to celebrate a second Christmas. Relaxing and enjoying quality of time with family. A nice job was done on the remodel and the design is open concept, so nice for entertaining in the house and the back deck and yard are also perfect for entertaining and very charming at night. Had a great dinner party with our daughter's friends and sat around the fire pit making smores, which was terrific. Only negative for us really as some others have noted, the lighting is too bright. Different lightbulbs should be used-not so white and more dimmer switches' at a minimum.

This adorable home was so inviting and cozy, we only left once in nearly 4 days! Attention to detail and kitchen amenities was appreciated. The only 1 thing, that did not disrupt our stay at all, is we recommend getting new bath towels. The ones provided were 'tired' and not fresh. The loveliness of everything deserves better. But, overall, LOVED everything! I will keep you in my Eugene bag-o-tricks! Thank you! :-)

We enjoyed the property very much. It was very clean, had plentiful kitchen essentials, and the backyard space was just beautiful. MCKensy was very resonsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed the wild life as well. A group of blacktailed deer were fun to watch walking into the wooded area. We especially enjoyed one of those deers about 10 ft outside the breakfast table window while we were eating breakfast. The finishing were very nice and the location and backyard were peaceful and serene.

It’s a nice location with a lovely outdoor space. Everything travelers may need to cook and clean in the unit was provided and easy to find. It is about 15 minutes from “downtown” Eugene, but groceries and other shops closer. If I have one complaint about our stay it’s that most of the lightbulbs in the unit are too bright, too cold in color and in infested bulbs. Otherwise a very comfortable place!

The house is beautiful! I would trade bathrooms for my own house. The yard has old growth trees and a zen feel to it. The owners have thought of everything. I was impressed that they had an air filter. Roomy kitchenand outside grille. Even better than photos on the inside. Nice to be located on a cul de sac so no traffic, yet easy to get to the house. This is a great find and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay for our son's graduation week! Place was very comfortable and well equipped for cooking and family meals. Loved hiking the nearby trails. It was a bit of a longer distance from UO campus than we anticipated but it was worth extra minutes to have the hiking trails nearby.

Very classy update to an older house that is tasteful and very functional. Master has a king and its own bathroom. 2nd room has two beds and third has a queen. 2nd bath. Nice family room combo kitchen. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. Just a nice feel to the entire place.

Our stay was wonderful. The decor in this house is on point, especially for a rental. It made us feel like we were at home. Very clean and everything worked as intended! :) There are some nice little trails in the neighborhood that are walking distance. They were filled with beautiful foliage this time of year. We also greatly enjoyed the deer and wild turkeys all around!

Perfect location for our stay. The house was very comfortable and exactly as described. We were there for a college softball tournament and the venue was only about 14 minutes from the house. The hosts were great about answering questions. Check-in and check-out was easy. Would definitely reserve this home again.

This house was gorgeous. No doubt about it from the beautiful grounds to the interior decorations it was just beautiful. My 7 year old said, “they must be rich because there’s like 12 potted plants here.” So she was impressed. We are a “large “ family and this was perfect house for us because we had lots of room in the bedrooms, kitchen, and for the kids to play in the living room and outside. If I could change anything I would say the water was really cold in the kitchen. I actually took our personal dishes to my in-laws so that I didn’t have to get my hands cold! Also it would be nice to have shelves to put clothes on in the rooms.

Everything was clearly identified in the home and the location is amazing for what we like to do: Visit U of O (daughter attends there), hike and enjoy outdoor space. We had to cut our stay short due to an emergency at home, but hope to be back in the future.

We had a Celebration of Life held at the Laurel Wood golf course minutes from the VRBO and it worked out perfectly for us. The living room and kitchen being one great room was so functional for 7 to be comfortable. The patio table and chairs outside and the propane fire stove with chairs were great for hosting a few others to come and visit with us all at one time. Everyone thought the place was very special. A great walk/hiking place was right out the door too. :))
