This homes shares property with a second rental home separated by a privacy fence. It is fully updated with comfortable decor and modern open concept, perfect for family gatherings. Experience wildlife on the property & a quick walk/drive to the Cascade Raptor Center. This home is a perfect for a romantic getaway or bring the kids for family adventures at our "Tall firs Home":) Please take note new homes are currently being built and developed in the neighborhood.

My family and I have stayed in many rental homes in the Eugene area over the years, and this was by far the loveliest of them all! We were in town to visit family and attend The Prefontaine Classic. The home has been thoughtfully and tastefully updated and has everything you could possibly need. It’s also a short drive to downtown for groceries, restaurants, and the University of Oregon campus. We’re big fans of the Cascades Raptor Center and have been going since our now teenage sons were little boys, so to have the CRC just around the corner was awesome. My husband and sons were also thrilled to have ESPN instantly available so they could watch the World Cup and Wimbledon. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Eugene!

We really enjoyed the property, the owner was quick to respond when I needed to add our pet to the reservation. The neighborhood is quiet and wooded.

Amazing! Spotlessly clean, has every item (kitchen, bathrooms, outdoors…) that we could need, and wonderfully updated and decorated. Best VRBO for a reasonable price!
