Close your eyes and imagine watching the sunrise from the balcony of your own private Condo. You are sipping hot coffee as seagulls call out to the rising sun. That's precisely how you will want to begin every day while staying in unit 205.
Welcome to #205, a newly refreshed unit just waiting to become your new home away from home. Of course, you'll be spending all your time outside, enjoying the sunshine, but we want you to be comfortable when you are inside. This unit is quiet, extraordinarily clean, and freshly renovated. We replaced all the cabinets in the kitchenette and added a full-size refrigerator. In addition, there is a new queen-size bed and two new recliners for those afternoon naps you love.
Let's face it, you are staying at a private resort; you expect convenience. A 30-second walk to the pool or hot tub, of course. A two-minute stroll to our private beach, check. Sunsets with a cool drink in your hand, you bet. The Sunset Bar and Grill has a million-dollar view of the sun going down, and it's just a short stroll away. Then, once the sun is asleep, you can meander over to Hooks Bar and Grill and end the day with a toast (or two) to your perfect day of sunshine in your very own Margaritaville.
Need help thinking up vacation activities? How about Jet Ski rentals, paddleboards, or a relaxing bike ride? There are private basketball courts available for those who love exercise. Not into physical activity, not a problem. We have a 1/2 mile long private beach perfect for unplugging from your hectic world and chilling with a saucy paperback. And, don't forget about fishing. Honestly, that's one of the reasons we bought this unit. The fishing is fantastic, and the selection of charter boats is about as good as it gets. Honestly, you haven't tasted fresh fish until you let Hooks Bar and Grill cook up that red snapper you caught just hours earlier. When you stay in unit 205, you are within walking distance of every kind of fun in the sun you can imagine.
Want to see some of Florida's well-known attractions? Disney World is 90 minutes away. How about the nicest beach in the United States? Clearwater Beach and its fluffy white sands are only a 50-mile drive. Tampa Bay, the heart of Florida's Gulf Coast, is only 30 minutes away. The world-renowned Salvador Dhali museum in St. Peterburg is 45 minutes by car or 20 minutes by boat. Busch Gardens is a 35-minute drive, and the Tampa Sea Aquarium is only 22 minutes away. Finally, we can steer you towards some of the best semi-private courses if you enjoy golf, and most are within a 10-minute drive.

Room was great for the 2 of us. Morning sunrises were spectacular. Really enjoyed the private beach and hot tub. With walkable restaurants, basketball and pickleball courts, there’s something for everyone. Todd was great with prompt communication for all questions.

Loved my view. We seen dolphins swimming and lots of water fowl. The 2 restaurants were amazing and delicious. I felt safe walking around the property. The sunset at the beach was a bonus. We loved our room.

Small renovated hotel room. Adequate for a short stay. Beautiful view and convenient to two tasty but overpriced restaurants. Nice array of small appliances but no kitchen sink.
