All except WiFi
I double requested WiFi password, because free WiFi was included by default. Landlord ignored this question only. I didn't found any hint or Instruction for WiFi connection parameters.

It was very difficult to locate the key box in the dark, so many bike racks and then the key also opened a different block to the one the apartment was in. Although there was supposed to be a place to park we were given no instructions and ended up with 2 parking fines which made the stay very expensive.
