Apartamento Avenida Madrid

Incredible views of the Levante beach - feels like you’re just hovering above the sea with a huge window in master bedroom and sliding doors in living area. The apartment is also right beside a huge supermarket and ideally located for access to water sports, bars, restaurants, taxis and buses. The host and her colleague’s communication was excellent and I was met by the lovely Astrid who very kindly allowed me to check in early. Everything was very clean, modern and beautifully presented with lovely decor throughout. The bottles of water in the fridge upon arrival were also appreciated. The apartment had 3 really comfortable sofas so all 6 of us felt comfortable throughout our stay. We also received 3 sets of keys and lots of guidance and information upon arrival. The air-con in the living area was great and the other rooms had ceiling fans so with the doors open, the cool air circulated throughout. The bed in the master bedroom was also really comfortable. It was ideally located for the Rincón end / Levante side of Benidorm, but the walk to the centre of the ‘old town’ was still only 25 minutes - either up the promenade or along the Mediterráneo where there’s the bowling alley, laser tag, kids fun-fare etc, so it really does allow access to everything. It also felt safe as the complex could only be accessed with a key and the building has a concierge service at certain times throughout the day and night. We prefer the beach, so never actually used the pool therefore cannot comment on it, but it is behind the apartment block in a secure gated area.

I loved it!

The apartment was exactly as described. Air-con was amazing during the heat, we were very excited to get back each day! Apartment was nice and clean, location was amazing being right on the beach. A nice walk away from the Old Town and Strip, meaning it was quiet at night. I would highly recommend this apartment for groups

Wi-Fi would have been a nice addition. Not really an issue with the apartment, but good to note for future guests - the lifts are quite small and tight

Sea front location is good but further than you think from the strip. Pretty spacious.

The apartment smells of sewage. Both bathrooms stunk. The whole building and apartment are dated. The “staff or owner” charged us €50 to get the keys off them late at night, this had never happened to us before. €150 deposit, in cash which isn’t ideal. They were also very hard work to communicate with prior to the trip and in person. Air con in only one room.
