Apartamento Avenida Madrid

Great location, very clean.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property as such but we did have a couple of things to mention.. we had an issue with the door whereby it deadlocked itself from the inside and we were not given the key to unlock deadlock it but the owner did get somebody out to us very quickly to sort it. When we got there we got asked for a cash deposit which we knew there would be a deposit but never been asked for cash before and no mention of it being cash when we booked it. Smell of sewage from bathrooms but we’ve encountered that before in Benidorm. The person who met us at the apartment to hand keys over didn’t speak English so we had to rely on google translation on her phone.. not ideal really.

Front line property … very quiet at night

The location was amazing very clean and spacious.

No sun loungers at the pool, so need to bring your own.

Sea front location is good but further than you think from the strip. Pretty spacious.

The apartment smells of sewage. Both bathrooms stunk. The whole building and apartment are dated. The “staff or owner” charged us €50 to get the keys off them late at night, this had never happened to us before. €150 deposit, in cash which isn’t ideal. They were also very hard work to communicate with prior to the trip and in person. Air con in only one room.
