Location great.
Beds very uncomfortable. Villa was very dull inside. Could do with a makeover. Shutters on the windows quite oppressive.

Good communication from start to finish. The villa was spotlessly clean. The pool was a lovely temperature and was maintained halfway through our 7 night stay. Good facilities in the villa , dish washer , washing machine.
A lovely location, although up a slight hill , this didn't cause us any problems as it was a nice walk, with a shop 2 minutes away.
It would have been a nice touch to have had a welcome pack. Ie: bottle of water, tea bags and bbq equipment.
The bed in the main room was very uncomfortable. It dipped into the middle. Felt like you were on on a boat as you slid into the middle part of the bed.

Excellent location. comfy beds and sofa. Good shower. Pool area was clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with utensils.
Does state in description no cleaning products but cannot understand why would clear out any that were left from previous guests. Seems such a waste.

We loved the location and size of the property. The pool was a family favourite and the BBQ. The pool and ping pong were a great asset.
The oven had no settings marker, this made it difficult to access. The dishwasher was broken and wouldn’t drain. We ended up not using it.
Staff did call quickly when I reported signal issues with the new tv that had been installed and they carried out a major repair on a bedroom light . This was a great service.
