Villa Ana Maria is a short downhill stroll from the centre of Puerto del Carmen with its bars, restaurants and nightlife. The sandy beach of Playa Grande is nearby and there are many water sports available including snorkelling and paddle boats hire. The Biosfera shopping centre and the delightful old town and harbour are also within walking distance.
