4 bedroom bungalow near Edinburgh.

Very spacious and comfortable, easy to get key`s and enter property. Facilities were good. Clean and tidy. There was 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms 2 with showers.

Location was not good 5 miles from city centre where we were going. Property was on a busy main road so was quite noisy. There was no food options at this property had to get our own. I thought this property was expensive £700 for one night.

Was a great place to stay just outside Edinburgh with a large group.

Having 4 bedrooms and having a bathroom, a shower room and a separate toilet room as well. Parking for cars. Nice to have a bedroom downstairs. The place provides tea, coffee & sugar as well as toiletries for those travelling lights.

Yes it’s a bit noisy with the planes and road noise but we were fine with it.

The price was affordable for a one night stay for the six of us. Went down from £350 to £250 closer to the time. Parking was available for free. Good size. Host was an ok communicator.

Main road, very busy, don't think this is some tranquil getaway. There were some wonderful slugs in the kitchen area. I say wonderful but it was basically infested, not great. Appreciate it's not Mayfair but at least give the place a clean before you let it out. You get what you pay for at the end of the day, if you can afford another £100 - spend the money, and lock in a good experience, the money was definitely not worth saving in hindsight. Would never return sadly. (also disclaimer, I'm not one of those middle aged Karen's that have nothing else better to do...I've literally had to waste my time writing this review but I felt compelled to do so, to save the next person from the slugs!!)

Lots of space, clean, comfortable, plenty of bathrooms and hot water. Free parking. View of the airport runway and planes. The aeroplanes take off over the house! Great fun to watch from upstairs window. A mile from park and ride for Edinburgh trams.

An economic option for an overnight sleep before an early flight departure

Located close to the airport for an early flight with off road parking. For Edinburgh during the Festival the price was exceptional.

The furnishings and fittings were basic but fulfilled the purpose. Some noise of airplanes taking off but didn't affect us too much.

The facilities were good. The place is kept very clean and hygenic.

The approach of the landlord was very unprofessional. When we reached there the house was locked and they didnt answer our calls for some 20 minutes. Later they asked for a deposit. The deposit should be part of the booking procedure if it is required. But they said they sent me a message on the app about the deposit. However we were there only for a night's stay so we did not pay any deposit eventually. They also said if we stayed even for a few minutes after 10 am they will charge us an extra £20. We had an unpleasant welcome when we checked in. But the property is good and kept in a very well condition. They should be more professional and make the booking terms and conditions unambiguous.

Great spacious house. Well equipped with everything you would need for a large group of friends. We attended an event on the royal Highland centre 20 mins walk away so was ideal.

Family Christmas shopping

Very clean and warm. Suited for extended family as every one had their own room. 30 min bus ride to Edinburgh, bus stop just outside.

Only fault I can find is no wardrobes to hang anything.

Cheap for a reason

The property was spacious, clean, generally comfortable and located conveniently to the Edinburgh airport. It is also an easy drive from central Edinburgh.

The house is easy to find but the parking lot is not. Auto repair shop is immediately behind house and parking area is a grass field shared with the repair shop located immediately beyond one of the largest & busiest traffic circles I've ever driven. Two vehicles parked in front of house immediately after our arrival to sort out their traffic accident; the parking area for the property is situated in a manner that is hazardous. Despite the fact that the property was in less than great repair (tears in linoleum floor in kitchen, badly scuffed walls in need of paint, mildew in bathtub areas) the owners expect guests to be vigilant about cleaning property - provide details about where the vacuum cleaner is kept so that guests can clean carpets before leaving. I thought I was on vacation....

A good pick if you got stuck in airport (not too cheap though)

Very close to airport ~5 minutes in bus that arrives each 15 minutes. Nice and clean rooms, kitchen and living room. The owner was available all the time as we needed a place immediately after we missed a flight. Easy access to the bus station to airport

Though there are double glasses all around the house, it is located on a road with a heavy traffic all day long. Whenever the air planes departure/landing the house is dancing :) Not very access from the bus station from airport (you have to cross the big road somehow) We didn't find a grocery nearby.
