Lovely clean pod with everything I needed. Great location, near to canal. Friendly staff, nice restaurant with great view of the surf area.
I would have liked a few more healthy options in the restaurant.

Pods were warm and comfortable with high tech lighting, heating controls. Great views of the wave pool. Food was excellent in the 3 available kitchens with great beers and coffee available.

Size of lodge
On arrival the reception was very negative, no thinking outside the box. We explained we were going to the rugby match and could be back late, the accommodation was empty as we went to find the location. The customer experience could be a whole lot better. Much to do in this space.
