The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Check in and check our were easy. The staff were extremely nice. The condo was beautiful and clean.

Everything was clean and tidy except the carpet. Needs to be replaced. Has great amenities, close to shops, and eateries. We had a great view of the beach. Overall, a good place to stay.

Overall an okay condo, we were locked out when we first got there and took almost 1 hour to get in. Sheets had dirt in them, footprints on the wall, and hair in the shower
