Get ready for a fun-filled Destin escape at Family Lagoon Getaway, a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located on the 4th floor of the West Tower at The Palms of Destin.
New to the rental program, this spacious retreat is designed with families and groups in mind and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. With two king bedrooms, a queen-over-queen bunk room, a queen sleeper sofa, and plenty of room to spread out, everyone has a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach, pool, or exploring Destin.
One of the best features of Palms 2417 is the oversized private patio overlooking the resort’s beautiful lagoon pool. While this home does not offer Gulf views, the sparkling water, swaying palm trees, and tropical resort setting create a relaxing oasis that feels like vacation from the moment you arrive.

- Primary Bedroom: King bed, private ensuite bathroom with deep soaking garden tub and shower combo
- Guest Bedroom: King bed with spacious walk-in closet
- Third Bedroom: Queen-over-queen bunk bed

Palms 2417 has been newly renovated and refreshed for its debut in the rental program, and we are excited to share this home with our guests.

Resort Amenities – The Palms of Destin
Guests have access to The Palms of Destin Resort amenities, which may include:
• 11,000-sq-ft zero-entry lagoon pool with waterfalls and island hot tub
• Heated pool, splash pad, and kiddie pool
• Fitness center
• Tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts
• Playground
• On-site dining and bar options
A complimentary seasonal shuttle (March–October) may be available to nearby beaches, dining, and shopping. Shuttle routes and schedules are determined by the resort and do not include airport transportation.
Important Information
• A $30 nightly resort fee per reservation is required and collected separately prior to arrival
– Includes up to 6 amenity wristbands
– Includes 2 parking passes
• Resort amenities are managed by the Resort Association and/or third-party vendors
• Availability, hours, and services are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed
• Off-season schedules and maintenance closures may occur

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I accidentally called the real estate agent instead of the property manager with a quick question, and when she realized the condo didn’t have a beach wagon or chairs, she went out, bought one, and brought it to us within the hour. That level of customer service was so appreciated! The pool area was also amazing and my kids really enjoyed it. The only minor issue was the elevators, which was outside of our condo owners control. They were worked on during our stay but were still a little inconsistent. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we’d definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at the property. Our condo was perfect for our mother and daughter trip. Even had a wagon in the closet for us to use. We enjoyed the pool area and everything was just perfect.

Beautiful condo. Very clean. We loved the convenience of having a kitchen to cook in and a washer/dryer to wash our swim wear and towels. The balcony offered a gorgeous view of the ocean and city. The couch was very comfy and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and extra pillows were provided. We will definitely stay here again!

"Absolutely amazing stay! The condo was spotless, modern, and perfectly located—just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having a washer/dryer made everything easy. The pool was great and the property was quiet, and the beach access was unbeatable. We will definitely be back next year!"
