The space and activities to do there

We couldn’t get anymore towels than what were in the room already but we did have our own. Just figured we could receive more towels as well.

The Palms is a very well thought out resort, with rooms that all face the outstanding pools and lounge/recreation area. I would actually compare it with cruise ship recreation area. The unit we had was very lovely, clean and the beds were sooo comfy. And to have an actual parking garage in Destin!? Awesome. We would definitely return.

The beautiful doors entering the main building were never clean. Actually the doors to the wings had the same problem. I know its nothing terrible, but it was weird. In our unit, there was no coffee, salt, anything to help with getting settled in with for the kitchen other than soaps and one paper towel roll. Also three lightbulbs were out in one bathroom and the tv in the bunk room lower area did not connect.

This place is amazing!!! Definitely will be back!!! So close to everything, the condos are very spacious!

Had to get my wife in another state call booking and get on phone with property to release keys and codes for early check-in that I was told was ready and was accepted for early check-in but property didn't know anything about early check-in very upsetting after a 8 hour car ride and need to unload and unwind

The room didn't match pictures, holes in walls, stains on all bedding and couches, dirty floors dirty bathroom dirty counters
