The 11,000 square foot, 259,000 gallon zero entry pool is Destin’s largest lagoon pool! You'll be blown away by the 5 dancing waterfalls, walking bridges, and spacious lounging area. There's a 21,000 gallon heated pool, children's splash area, and whirlpool spa.
The Palms of Destin Resort features a 2,265 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center including elliptical cardio treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system.
The Palms of Destin offers full size basketball courts and two lighted tennis courts, with complimentary equipment available from guest services in the resort lobby. The Palms of Destin also offers lessons and clinics taught by USPTA and USPTR tennis professionals.
Seasonally, the resort offers a complimentary three-minute air-conditioned beach shuttle to the beach access beside the Back Porch restaurant. Additional shuttles run to Destin Commons and Harborwalk Village along with Henderson State Park for a small fee. Please inquire with the front desk for information on shuttle times. The Palms is a smoke free complex with an array of amenities. Some amenities are occasionally closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

This room was perfect for my family of 4. The room was clean and the host communicated effectively. The pool was amazing and we were just steps away from beautiful beach. We will definitely be back.

The place was fine. It worked well enough, but I would highly recommend that the owner stay a few days in the unit a couple times a year to see what the tenants see. First, the second bedroom is a term that I would use loosely because it’s literally a room big enough for a bed and that’s it. If your kids are staying in that room, probably not a big deal. If another family is staying in that room, they have no place to put their stuff. There is no dresser and they’ve turned the closet into a cleaning supply closet and the washer and dryer. We had two families (mom and child x 2) and the king-size bedroom was plenty big enough and accommodating, but the second bedroom definitely wasn’t. I would recommend adding at least a dresser to maybe the second bathroom or figuring out a way to add storage to that room. Secondly, there are definitely some maintenance and upgrades that need to be done. For example, the dryer doesn’t work well, the microwave did not work at all and had to be replaced during our stay, the shower door in the second bathroom doesn’t close properly, the king-size bed appeared and felt broken on the left side. I appreciated the quick response when I called and asked for the microwave to be fixed. The property is nice and well located. We took advantage of the pools, the restaurant, and the bar. I wished the shuttle would run longer hours.
