La ubicación y lo moderno que era. Era un placer volver al piso.
Esto es externo pero tener cuidado con los bichos que pueden entrar de fuera, es algo de Split por lo visto pero ninguna crítica al piso. Cierras ventanas y solucionado.

El piso es pequeño, pero impecable la limpieza y hay de todo, muy bien ubicado
Parece que es una casa dividida por una puerta con un espejo, se escucha todo lo que hablan los vecinos y como esta sobre una calle principal, el que duerme en el comedor escucha todos los sonidos de afuera, pero desde la habitación se descansa genial
