The location was good and your are on the ground floor and you are door away from the street. The place is also located in a street where parking is free if you find a spot.
It is a transformed office or a market shop into a "apartment". Your room is literally a glass away from the street! Yes the front door is opaque and there are curtain for extra privacy, but the front door is your only window. It was also loud at night as you could hear car parking in the night which was quite scary as you only wait when somebody will park in your entrance. It was also not realy clean. Would not recommend it for couples or family.
