This property is an absolute gem in Mestia. It is set back from the busy town, the rooms are very comfortable, each with their own balcony. The top floor roof terrace has unbelievable views of the mountain ranges. We spent many an evening watching the sunset and it go dark. What makes this place is the hospitality of the owner. Although she doesn't speak much English, with Google translate it was no problem. Every morning at 8am (at our request) a feast of a breakfast was made. Honestly the variety of dishes and the effort that must go into them is incredible. Each day was different and we always took some away for our lunch. I cannot eat nuts which was well accommodated. It sets you up perfectly for a day of hiking. There is a small shop in the building with fair prices and the parking is easy. Free tea and coffee is always available. Don't miss Cafe Lanchavli for lunch/dinner which isn't a far walk from the property with amazing views and delicious/well priced home cooked food. Don't hesitate to stay, you won't regret it. The Svaneti region is hands down the most beautiful place in Georgia.

Having to leave

That's a perfect spot in a calmly located area, 10 minuts walk from the city center. Rooms were clean and comfy, I liked the ''leisure" room where we could drink coffee, tea and relax on the sofa. The owner was super nice and the breakfast she served... astonishing. We weren't able to eat one third of it.

There is humming sound of a river for rooms located to the south. I personaly liked it, but it might be an issue for some demanding guests in the summer. There are also small inconveniences like small holes in a door, not working light in a bathroom and shelves located above the bed (I hit them twice with my head)

Mooi uitzicht van terras op dak en fantastisch ontbijt met verse producten. Goede kamers en bed. Vriendelijk personeel. Prima plek, 2 minuten van centrum. Supermarktje in het hotel.

Tijdstip ontbijt onbekend…. Op 1 dag was het om 700u … hoorde ik heel toevallig om 2230 van andere gast. Een dag later was er niets te bekennen. Is prima, maar vertel dat even… wel weer direct opgelost!
