The host is very nice and speaks English, and the guesthouse itself is renovated to a very high, European standard. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and very spacious, and the beautiful terrace is a nice benefit. My room had beautiful hardwood floors and a view to the svan tower next door, and I loved having a screen on the window. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. I also particularly enjoyed having a small table and chairs as well as a coat rack in my room. The value was great, I would definitely stay here again. Do be aware that it is a short walk from the center, and the last 2 minutes of the walk is uphill, but don’t let that discourage you from staying here.

Good location - close to bus terminal! Shower room is big and clean, well equipped with hair drying! Bedroom is clean and tidy. Tea and hot water is available at all time!

Owners are very friendly. Absolutely cleanness in private rooms and at shared kitchen.

If there are noisy neighbors in the next room, it will ruin everything. And bed is a bit noisy.

Great location, just a short walk from the center of Mestia. The terrace offers a beautiful view. The room was very clean, with fresh bedding and comfortable beds. There were mosquito screens on the windows, so I could sleep with the windows open, a nice touch! I also appreciated the small setup with cups, spoons, and a kettle on the floor, which made it easy to make tea or coffee without bothering the hosts. It’s clear that the host listens to feedback and improves the place, there was a clothes rack in the room, which older reviews mentioned was missing.

The soundproofing is poor. I could hear people snoring in other rooms. Some rooms have windows facing directly onto the terrace, which felt a bit uncomfortable when other guests were walking right outside. Also, there’s only one table on the terrace, so sometimes it was hard to find a spot to sit and eat.
