A really comfortable home from home.

The property was beautifully warm on arrival and spotless.

A cosy, peaceful stay.

The location was great! It was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The Annexe was clean, cosy and fully equipped. The host, Katie, was kind, helpful and couldn't do enough for us.

The floor at the bottom of the stairs was a little slippery. A couple of trays would be useful for taking drinks upstairs.

Just really lovely in all respects!

The Annexe is lovely. Lovely setting, lovely decoration, lovely and accommodating host. There was pretty much everything needed, in fact we had a group of five for a meal and managed pretty well albeit with a little bit of juggling. The bed was comfy, the water hot, and everything sparkling clean. Parking is directly outside and spacious. No criticisms at all!

The details note the stairs are steep but they are very steep and, being bare wood, a little slippy if you are careless. There are lots of things to hold so no issue if you take care - but you must take care.

Wish we stayed longer

We found that the Annexe was very well equipped, cosy and quite homely. It was also quiet and peaceful with lovely views of the local fields and garden.

Lovely place to stay with fantastic facilities.

The Annexe had everything we needed and more. Katie had provided fresh milk and bread, towels were lovely and soft and the fully equipped kitchen more than provided for our needs. Beautiful building and very clean. Had no issues whilst we were here.

Beautiful property and friendly host

Was a wonderful property, got there and was greeted by the host who was fantastic and really helpful. The property and location are honestly the best we've been to and we're definitely going to be staying again

Cottage with a lovely view

Katie and family were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was unusual in that the lounge and balcony were upstairs. Kitchen and bathroom downstairs. The cottage had all the amenities. Lovely views of the countryside from the balcony with occasional visits from some deers

More of an inconvenience than didn't like was the short steep flight of stairs. And that the bathroom was downstairs

A pretty stay in the countryside.

It was a lovely location. The sun deck was great with good views. It was quiet. It had everything we needed for the stay. It was really cute.

The sofa was uncomfortable and so were the kitchen chairs. Maybe ok for a short time to eat, but not for any length of time, like in the evening playing games. The stairs are very steep and deep.

We liked everything about our 2 night stay. The location is great, very quite and off the main road. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and helpfull.

Amazing location in the centre of Dorset. Perfect for day trips both north and south. Lovely clean Annexe as described. Bed was really comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for self-catering. Sounds of nature from the Balcony in the evening was lovely.

Perfect little getaway

Well set out. Well equipped. Warm in winter and, with the number of windows, airy in summer. Your own private balcony area.and parking right outside the door. Location is excellent for peace and quiet and for exploring the surroundings.

Stairs might be a bit steep for some.

So peaceful, completely everything you needed in the annexe , weymouth only a half an hours drive, lovely surrounding villages

The only thing that could be better was the sign to the entry of the property, easy once you new what to look for .
