The location of the property has pros and cons. The pros is that it closes to ski life base. You can arrive ski lift in a few minutes. The cons is that it is far from the property agency. It is mandated to travel between Val Charet and Le Lac for collection and return of property key. As I arrived late, I need to ask my wife to stay in freezing outdoor to take care our luggages while I had to find transportation traveling to the Le Lac to collect keys and return. As I needed to departure in early morning the same situation had repeated again for returning the key to the agency. Both journeys were about an hour! So, don't book this property if you arrive late or departure early. Otherwise, you will regret it. The agency well knew this issue but they had no intention to solve it.

Besides the troubles of key collection and return, there were hidden costs. The listed price did not include basic items such as towels, toilet rolls, linen shirt and etc. You need to order them in advance and pay for them. Moreover, the agency would ask you to complete an inventory check opon check in. However, some items did not exist. If you did not complete the check carefully, you might need to pay a cost for those "missing" items which had never existed. Moreover, the agency had neither provided help nor proactively provided essential information. All are your own problems and must be tackled and found out by yourself. Might be the agency did not know English. One more point, although I had booked the property with free cancellation, my credit card was charged a full payment within minutes after booking. Request of online deposit suddenly popped up about a month before check in. All were never mentioned in price details.
