An Apartment in an Premier Location
This apartment was ideal for our holiday with four older children. Access to the apartment was very easy with codes and not having to meet up with anyone to receive keys! The apartment is on the ground floor and a very short distance to the ski locker. This area was well looked after by the site team and they respectfully asked everyone to remove excess snow from boots and skis before entering the building and also to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm - which was very fair and reasonable!
The view from the balcony and living room window allowed us to see the two main lifts in Tignes Val Claret and when they were operating! We could walk about 20m down the road and then ski down to the main chair lift ‘Bollin’. On the way back to the apartment we could ski to the back of the apartment block and then walk the very short distance to the front door! Ski in and ski out!
The living room area had a sofa big enough for three people and the rest of us used the dining room chairs. As we often played board games in the evening, this wasn’t a problem.
The bathroom was functional with an excellent shower and the kitchen had everything we needed.
There is no damage deposit to pay on this apartment and the owner relies completely on the previous occupant to clean the apartment carefully for the next visitors. This is reflected in the reasonable cost of rental and I didn’t mind doing a thorough clean before departing!
We will return to this warm and brilliantly positioned apartment for another family holiday.

It is impossible to fault the location of this property for slope/town access. However it is in dire need of renovation and pictures on this site retaking to honestly represent its state. Even the equipment in the kitchen was chipped and mismatched; not an expensive or difficult thing to rectify with Ikea prices these days. The beds also are stiff and uncomfortable and heaven help anyone hoping to even sit comfortably on the sofa! To say it is suitable for 8 people is not great either. We were 3 adults and 3 kids and it was a squash. Very small living space. It was cleaner when we left than when we arrived as I scrubbed kitchen bathroom & toilet before I allowed my family to use it! We all found the woman in charge of the building to be overbearing and felt constantly under surveillance. She stood daily with folded arms in the lobby watching people come in from skiing. Unfortunately I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

In terms of a ski in ski out location it doesn't get much better. Although straight away there were problems are there was no clear directions to the apartment and no one that is associated with the apartment can speak a word of English meaning we were searching for a good 45 minutes for the apartment. Then the inside of the apartment is in dire need of renovations, the beds are very stiff and it was very cramped. Fortunately the skiing distracted you from the interior of the apartment. Then to top it off they changed the windows in the apartment without warning one day making it freezing. Overall not one of the best apartments.

Dog er det en overdrivelse at sige der er parkering med lejlighed, samt at geotag viser at lejlighed ligger mere tæt på bymidten.
Men små udfordringer i forhold til et godt ophold. Stort skirum.

Logement bien situé, au calme. Bonne relation avec la propriétaire. Proche du jardin des neiges. Assez loin des bars pour ne pas en avoir les nuisances. Bémol : le ménage est à faire par les vacanciers sortant sans contrôle. Du coup nous avons dù faire le ménage en arrivant. Les précédents avaient laissé le logement dans un état lamentable. Après 11 h de route nous nous en serions bien passé

Appartement très bien situé, au pied des pistes. Conforme à la description. Jolie vue sur la montagne. Très bien équipé avec même, de l huile , des filtres à café....propriétaire très sympa nous ayant permis de partir plus tard .

Tout d'abord commençons par le positif: l'appartement est très bien situé, et la propriétaire très agréable. Ce sont les deux points intéressants.
Concernant l'appartement en lui même, il est correct pour 4, mais pas plus, même s'il y a 8 couchages. Attention il n'y a pas 2 salles de bain comme mentionné dans l'annonce (raison pour laquelle j'avais loué au départ ) mais qu'une seule. Et un wc séparé.
A l'arrivée, et merci à la gardienne, le ménage avait été fait dans les grandes lignes après des locataires qui avaient laissé tous leurs détritus... Effectivement certains locataires ne sont pas des fées du logis et donc j'ai dû faire les sanitaires et salle de bain à l'arrivée et au départ.
Concernant la cuisine, très bien pour l'électroménager qui a été changé récemment visiblement.
Casier à ski bien pour 4 à 6.
Attention aux fêtards invétérés: la gardienne habite juste en dessous et comme dit précédemment mieux vaut faire attention après 22H. Par contre elle est très sympa et dévouée.
Je pense que le fait de louer avec caution et état des lieux éviterait des mauvaises surprises de ménage non fait.

Une gardienne très sympa, même si elle est à 2 doigts de s'inviter à diner chez vous.
Une belle vue sur la montagne et le TS Tichot. Une grande terrasse pour fumer des joints.
On était 8 canards Mainstream et on s'en est très bien sortis.
Meme si on a pourris très régulièrement les uniques chiottes non aérées avec toutes les raclettes qu'on s'est tapées.
Au top, à conseiller.

La proprio est assez flexible, l’appartement étant libre, nous avons pu déjà avoir les clés au matin ! Très pratique quand on souhaite déjà skier le jour d’arrivée.
Emplacement de l’appartement est idéale :
- skis aux pieds de la résidence
- un peu en retrait du centre de Val Claret. Surement plus calme que dans le centre.
- vue sur les pistes/montagne. Toutes les pièces à vivre donnent sur le balcon.
- à 200m d’une boulangerie
On était 6 adultes dans l’appartement. On va dire que c’est tout juste, je n’imagine pas passer une semaine à 8 adultes dans cette appartement.
L’appartement en lui-même est correcte, il mériterait encore d’une petite rénovation. Le WC et la salle de bain sont fonctionnelles mais très veillottes.
Le chauffage fonctionne et il y a de l’eau chaude en suffisante pour les douches.
Les espaces sont propres mais le nettoyage est visiblement uniquement réalisé par les locataires… dommage car ça mériterait un bon gros nettoyage.
Location du linge de maison chez Odile (magasin dans le centre de Val Claret), très pratique.

Je vais suivre les commentaires généraux des personnes objectives qui m'ont précédées.
J'hésitais entre 3 et 4 étoiles mais nous avons passé 4 jours sympas.
Tout d'abord le positif, l'emplacement de l'appartement, il se trouve déjà au rez de chaussée et est très facile d'accès.
Par contre, apparemment il se trouve juste au dessus de l'appartement de la concierge donc si vous voulez faire la fête après 22h, passez votre tour :)
Vous sortez, vous tournez à droite et vous vous retrouvez au dessus, à 50m, de 3 télésièges et du funiculaire de la grand motte. Mieux placé que cela vous n'aurez pas!
Le bâtiment se trouve tout en haut de la station, juste avant le Club Med et à 30m d'une boulangerie. Top le matin!
La terrasse fait toute la largeur du bâtiment avec des moments de soleil en fin de journée, c'est très agréable.
Le sas d'entrée du bâtiment, bloqué avec un code pour la sécurité, et très grand.
Il est facile de s’apprêter surtout que les casiers à ski se trouvent juste à coté.
(PS: 6 snowboards sont rentrés dans le cassier, il est grand. mais on ne serait pas en mettre un de plus)
Au niveau de l'appartement un sérieux investissement ne serait pas du luxe.
Nous étions 6 adultes et cela se passait bien au niveau de l'espace de vie.
- Les lits sont un peu petit (1m70 +-). Seul le lit dépliable dans le salon est plus grand.
- La salle de bain est très vieillotte (ex: l'encoche de maintien du pommeau de douche à été rafistolé et ne sert pas à grand chose)
- la moquette à fait son temps, il faudrait sérieusement la remplacer avec quelque chose d'autre car elle donne un aspect de saleté général.
- la cuisine se trouve en plein milieu de l'appartement, c'est spécial et cela prend de la place.
- vous ne manquerez pas d'eau chaude sous la douche, c'est certainement une chaudière centrale qui est installée.
En résumé, rapport qualité/prix il n'y a rien à redire.
à 25€/nuit on ne va pas demander d'être dans un 5 étoiles.
L’appartement est plus que correct pour passer un séjour au ski.
N'écoutez pas les "rageux" qui mettent une étoile car ils ont été mal accueillit.
La concierge à son caractère mais il suffit de discuter avec elle et tout se passe bien.
Vous serez d'ailleurs content en fin de séjour qu'elle soit si pointilleuse à l'entrée.
Je conseille cette appartement.
J'y retournerais avec plaisir si des investissements y sont réalisés.
Et je le répète, l'emplacement est à placé au dessus de tout.

Nous arrivons et personnes n’est au courant que nous avons loué l’appartement. L’appartement est pleins de moquette et sale! Nous avons tous eu des difficultés à dormir! (Acariens, poussière qui sait?). De la poussière tombe de la cheminée toute la journée. Une gardienne d’immeuble qui se plaint tout le temps et qui surveille tout! Nous ne recommandons pas cet appartement c’est vraiment pour faire des sous sans ce soucier des gens qui louent. Vivre à 8 dans cet appartement et aussi pas facile, 6 devrait être le maximum.

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour un WE prolongé entre amis. L'emplacement est idéal avec départ et retour skis aux pieds et une vue très sympa sur les pistes (depuis le beau balcon). Nous étions 8 adultes donc difficile de dire que nous étions très à l'aise mais l'appartement est fonctionnel et comporte beaucoup de rangements. La salle de bain mériterait un rafraichissement mais convient parfaitement après une journée de ski. Vivement recommandé!
PS: la gardienne est un peu 'spéciale' mais très (trop?) disponible pour les formalités d'arrivée/départ.

Tignes est vraiment un très beau domaine, et l'appartement est idéalement placé très bon rapport qualité prix pour un groupe d'amis ou une famille, Mme Georgel la propriétaire est charmante.eau chaude collective donc pas de douche froide pour le dernier!!!lits superposés un peu petits (conviennent pour moins d'1m70) et table un peu juste pour 8 (7 très bien), une gardienne présente dans l'immeuble, ce qui est bien pratique mais très zélée (monte pour tapage nocturne dès 21h)

L'appartement convient très bien a 8 personnes. Nous avons aussi ajouté un lit parapluie dans chaque chambres. L'appartement est très bien situé dans la station. Je recommande cet appartement. le seul point négatif est qu'il n'y a pas de four a micro-onde, sinon tous est parfait.
