Communication for property was fine. Told us codes etc in a SMS message. Upon entering the property the place seemed clean until you saw up close. We were a family of five and the accommodation served its purpose. It was close to the kids ski schools. The bath / shower water was very temperamental. If a kid was left on there own they could have scalded themselves. The electrical outlets needed changing as the adapters did not stay in place. The bed linen was left in packaging for us to make up our beds. Unfortunately though the only warm blankets were left with the pillows. I dread to think when or if they were last washed. The room heaters did not always work. Felt like you needed to play with settings to get a bit of warmth. One roll off toilet paper, no cloths, dish towels or cleaning products. Cutlery and crockware was there. Unfortunately though. Not cleaned. Last group obviously just launched everything in cupboards. One pan had old stale water left in it. Ski locker was so small. You would have struggled to get 3 snow boards in. No where for boots. Had to leave in corridors to dry. Bit of a trek to the centre unless you walk through the snow. Overall, not good. We had to make the most of it.

Room opened by staff with key to leave our second week room key. Cash and credit cards taken at sane time. Staff at hotel did nothing and did not return our messages or calls to the emergency number.

This Hotel is hard to find (map on the web site is pretty useless) - it's high up in Val Claret at the Grand Motte end (behind Club Med). It would be good if the website mentioned that towels are an extra. Accomodation is fairly basic but perfectly decent - and certainly good at the price.
