Nice farm stay with limited facilities and a little over priced.

The pool and location near a river.

Lack of facilities in the room. No kettle, cup or cutlery. The breakfast had only a small choice of food. Staff were often difficult to find. Well over priced for what we experienced.

Frederick and his mom greeted us with espresso and ice tea. There were deliscious homemade cakes in the morning.

The property was pretty with a pool and located in a secluded area but close to Saturnia Hot Springs.

Exactly what we were looking for, highly recommended!

Very friendly, welcoming and good natured owners, most of the rich breakfast was made in-house and with fresh ingredients. The owners also shared some of their delicious homegrown fruit & vegetables and were able to give us precious advice on places to visit.

Place that make you feel like home!

Place was beautiful and surrounded by nature. Swimming pool was just some steps from our room. Family was so kind and cooked such a amazing food. really made us feel like home. Also Saturnia hotsprings were so close that we even visited it also in the night and it was amazing to sit there and waching stars.

the property is beautiful with the olive trees and the vineyard. there is also a beautiful pool for the guests. Frederico welcomed us and was super nice ! he and his mother were very accommodating and took care of our every need. perfect place to go to relax

I loved the location. Calm farmhouse was wonderful. The owner was polite and I loved talking to him. He gave us good restaurant recomendation and we tried his own produce - vine, olive okl, grapes and tomatoes.

Perfect host and great location for Hot Springs

It was my dream to visit the Saturnia hot springs and staying here made it even more special. We arrived late and were greeted with such a warm welcome by our host Frederico. He gave us advice on local restaurants that were open late and helped us settle in. We got up early (5am) to go to the springs and when we got back to check out, we expected breakfast to be finished, but Frederico invited us for an incredible late breakfast, with delicious homemade cakes and biscuits. We were then allowed to stay to enjoy the pool and beautiful surroundings for as long as we wanted. Really a great host and we can't recommend it enough.

a 5 minuti dalle terme e disperso nella campagna allo stesso tempo, molto silenziosa e tranquilla.

Antonella ci ha salvati. la struttura è bellissima e si può vedere anche dalle foto, ma più di ogni cosa: abbiamo forato la gomma della macchina lontano dalla struttura e Antonella è venuta a recuperarci durante la notte quando avevamo perso le speranze con taxi e carro attrezzi. Il giorno successivo ci ha dato tutto il supporto necessario per aiutarci a far riparare il danno e riprendere il viaggio.

Vero relax in Toscana

Calorosa accoglienza , vero angolo di Paradiso , immerso nella Pace della Maremma Toscana e a due passi dalle Terme di Saturnia. Spero di poterci tornare la prossima estate per godere anche della splendida piscina . Complimenti allo Staff, estremamente disponibili e cordiali - un vero piacere soggiornare in questa struttura.

Herzlicher und familiärer Aufenthalt, gemütlich im toskanischen Landhaus.

Das tägliche Frühstück war reichhaltig und Antonella, die empathische und herzliche Seele des Landhauses, bereitete mir sogar mit viel Liebe Rührei von ihren eigenen Hühnern zu. Schön ruhige Lage und nur 15 Minuten von den Thermalquellen Saturnia entfernt. Ich wurde super herzlich empfangen und habe mich mit meiner Hündin sofort wie zuhause und sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Ich kann nichts bemängeln. Alles war wie beschrieben.

Idealne miejsce do odpoczynku od miejskiego zgiełku. Ośrodek z czystym basenem wśród winnicy oraz gaju oliwnego. Obsługa przemiła. Mam nadzieję, że wrócimy ponownie.

Antistress..... allo stato puro!

Praticamente tutto, è il posto ideale per un periodo di relax e per chi ama il buon cibo e soprattutto il buon vino, strategico per le terme di Saturnia e per degustare il Morellino di Scansano, nelle vicinanze puoi fare piacevoli scoperte naturalistiche e gastronomiche. Un ringraziamento particolare ad Antonella che ci ha trattato come se fossimo dei vecchi amici e non degli ospiti, grazie di vero cuore!

fijn appartement met airco en zwembad en goede gastvrouw die het je naar het zin wil maken

Met zwembad tussen de olijfbomen en wijngaarden, tussen Orvieta en Porte Ercole in. Goede ligging om naar het binneland of de kust te kunnen rijden. Saturnia warmwaterbron om de hoek. Leuke kleine plaatsjes in de buurt wat zeker in het seizoen erg leuk is om te eten. Fijn met de airco in het appartement.

la signora (di cui non ricordo il nome) addetta all'accoglienza, colazioni ecc è semplicemente fastica. Molto disponibile, accogliente, un vero valore aggiunto del posto. Il contesto è incantevole

il posto richiede un pò di manutenzionesi negli interni che esterni. impossibile chiudere la zansariera con finestra aperta e veneziana chiusa..quindi alla fine bisogna tenere tutto chiuso e quindi di notte si consuma l'aria. L'erba è un pò secca. Asciugamani puzzavano un pò, forse bisogna lavarli meglio.

Antonella, perfetta "padrona di casa", disponibile, empatica, pronta a darti sempre un consiglio, per il luoghi da visitare, dove mangiare, che strada migliore puoi fare..basta chiedere ed Antonella è lì..e se magari non c'è..la trovi al cellulare..per darti "supporto" per qualsiasi dubbio o problematica. Posto silenziosissimo perchè lontano dalla strada principale..piscina ..non tinozza..le foto che vedete sono reali!! Colazione abbondante e variegata. Stanza Pulita con aperitivo di Benvenuto..anzi, vino in calice Rosso di Scansano e pane con Olio di produzione propria. Parcheggio al coperto sotto la tettoia e d'estate ... s e r v e !! Se c'era il servizio ristorante arrivavate ad 11 di voto !! eheh Luogo che merita di essere ancora visitato..l'agriturismo ed i dintorni, ma con più giorni. Grazie Antonella !! 10 e Lode !!
