Nice property

Short drive away from the hot springs. Property has a nice olive garden for a quick strol. Pool looked good, but was in mid October to cold to use. Rooms OK, small fridge available. Breakfast was good (but not spectacular)...

Not really a complain: shower was rather small, but water pressure/temparature were good.

A nice and quiet place to stay if you’re looking for rural charm and easy access to thermal springs

The location is great—nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by vineyard-covered hills and cypresses. Quiet, secluded, and cozy. The main attraction is the thermal springs, just a 5-minute drive away. The villa is beautifully decorated in a rustic style. Our room was spacious enough for the three of us. Breakfast was delicious, featuring homemade products. Staff were kind enough to provide us with complimentary bathrobes for the springs. Room service was prompt and polite.

The rooms looked a bit too agrotouristic—almost like they weren’t fully finished—but it wasn’t a big deal. The shower cabin was tiny, barely enough to squeeze in, with low water pressure and inconsistent temperature. Probably not an issue during warmer months, but at the time of our visit, taking a shower was a bit of a challenge. Still, these are minor things. Overall, the place is a solid 9/10.

we were not 100% lucky with one member of the staff bit everybody else was really nice. breakfast was ok. our room was outside the main building by the pool which is not explained anywhere when you book. would be nicer to be in the main building as this was bit further from the car and it was rainy evening

Location was great for accessing the Cascate del Molino.

I wish that the owner had explained that by asking for a twin bed room we were to be put in a pokey little space with few redeeming features. The double rooms looked great and accessed the terrace directly. Disappointing and so easily overcome by showing us the choice. My mother and I could have coped in a double bed for the benefits of a lovelier room with much more space. No glasses in the room was a nuisance too. All of that being said, it is a lovely property and we enjoyed the stay.

A wonderful stay in the countryside close to Cascade

The reception was very cordial. The pool on a hot day was fabulous! We had Prosecco poolside… fantastic! Breakfast was plentiful. Location marvelous, since we came to see Cascade de Molina. The details at the property were beautiful. Recommended restaurant in the hilltop town was perfect even though it was fourth on the list! (Others were closed or too busy).

The nice quiet agriturismo B&B with the swimming pool. close to the borgo city which is listed as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Close to Cascade del Mulino. Friendly staff. Air conditioner & fridge in the room. Clean room.

The room is smaller than expected, there's no terrace and sunlight in the room, the window is facing to the parking area.

The room was spacious. The hotel had a lovely pool and view of the area. The staff were very helpful. The location was good being only 10 minutes to the Hot Springs.

The shower was too small and leaked with water an inch deep in the bathroom after one shower.

The stay was absolutely amazing. This is the perfect place to relax and to forget the world outside. The restaurant for the guests is really nice, even though they serve the food way too fast and ran out of a dessert! The breakfast buffet (intercontinental) was a highlight. You have to try all these homemade cakes. Yummy!!! Thank you for the great time :)
