A great place to stay for traveling in Pitigliano / Saturnia area.

Loved it!

Lovely place in the countryside. The outdoor spaces are beautifully designed to relax. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms very clean. We had a sumptuous breakfast with a wide variety of sweet and savory food. The restaurant served very good food and it was nice to be able to eat on the premises in the evening after having travelled for a good part of the day. It was easy to find and well located, close to the Cascate del Molino hot springs, so forget your bathing costumes if you fancy a dip!

There were three of us in a room. Would have liked a single bed for the third person rather than a sofa bed. My friends, an elderly couple had a double room with a flight of stairs leading to it. If climbing stairs is an issue for you, ask for a room on the ground level. Highly recommended otherwise and would be happy to come back.

Beautiful property. Great restaurant attached to it.

We were given a broken sofa bed, kids slept very uncomfortably- the owner reduced the price by 10%. No curtain or cover around the bathtub to take a shower comfortably.

Beautiful Tuscan farmhouse. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast included was delicious. We used the pool which was wonderful during our stay as it was very hot. Great location with beautiful views Make sure you take the time to go to the natural hot pool 5mins away. Was a real highlight

Stunning location, nice and quiet and great to escape the cities. Close to springs. Dinner was some of the best food we had in Italy, and breakfast was great too. Nice warm pool also.

Room was a bit dated, no air con, and bed was not the most comfortable.

Perfect hideaway

The location, the surrounding. The breakfast is extraordinary with the possibility to grill your bacon at the open fire. The restaurant we didn’t try but even external guests was using so it should be very good. The pool plus sunchairs is very nice so you can spend some time there. Surely we will return

The breakfast was very good and ths staff attentive and welcoming. They looked after us straight away when we went into the dining room and were available to bring more coffee etc. We stayed for only one night but would like to come here again. The setting and lovely - the garden is large and beautiful with a playground and lovely warm swimming pool. There is a very nice terrace for drinks and eating out in summer. The dining room is stylish and the dinner was excellent, with traditional dishes prepared in a modern and unusual way. In one corner is a fantastic open fire for grilling and roasting. What stood out for us most was the friendliness of the staff, who appeared to be a family, so there was a good feeling of warmth. The prices are very reasonable for somewhere in such beautiful surroundings. It was a ten minite drive to Le Cascate di Saturnia (spectacular), Saturnia (lovely small hilltop town) and other delightful hilltop villages.

The bedrooms are comfortable and clean, but the decor could be improved with a little updating eg a lighter colour scheme, and maybe a comfortable chair and an extra lamp here and there in dark corners. Phone charging points would be helpful. There was some very unusual artwork on the walls, and a large mural, and although they weren't our personal taste it was good to have so much to look at (most hotels often only have one boring picture up but you couldn't say it about these). Even though this may sound negative it didn't deter from our overall good experience.

Absolutely amazing! Can't wait to come back one day!

Amazing place to stay in Tuscany! My husband and I stayed here for the last night of our honeymoon. We arrived early and the room wasn't ready yet. However, the staff was very accommodating. They gave us details about the area and suggestions of things to do in the meantime. They offered to hold our luggage, too. We enjoyed Saturnia Hot Springs (about 10 min drive) and a nice lunch in the town of Saturnia. Our room was spacious and clean. Our stay was amazing! We chose the half board option and had an authentic Tuscan dinner under the stars. Breakfast was also very good. The food was delicious, overall. Highly recommend this property! We hope to return in the future!

The only issue we had was with the shower/tub did not have shower curtain/glass door, so water kept leaking all over the bathroom floor. The room description stated their was AC, but we did not see a AC vent or unit. The thermostat showed a snowflake, but it didn't seem to work. Luckily, it was a cooler night so AC was not required. However, in warmer times, I can image guests being very warm and somewhat uncomfortable.

Great value for money

Great service for a relatively low price, great breakfast experience with pancetta to cook on the fire! Nice pool area and balconies in the rooms.

Beds could have been more comfortable, interior of bathroom could have been more ‘loved’ with greater attention to details (eg holes on wall near mirrors) but overall all spaces were really nice

I wouldn’t pay that money for this low service

Never again. overall hotel and room is ok, but rude service made me regret every cent spend.

the staff was very rude and unwelcoming. there is no client service at all. I had a feeling that after I paid they were making me a favor to let me stay there, and the receptionist even told that at night!! that I can go find for some other place if I don’t like something. Never return and tell my friends never come.

enjoy the country side

Calm hotel with a very friendly host. The rooms have heating built into the floor so it is really pleasant to enter the room or bath after a chilly autumn day. The beds are very good, I woke up feeling really relaxed because of the nice surroundings and great beds. Worth to spend several days there.

It was better than I expected. The entrance to the room was thru a lovely terrace, the room was clean and they gave us towels and soap. The pool was really relaxing, they close it at 8pm. The woman at the lobby gave us really good advices in order to visit medieval cities. The dinner and the breakfast were really good

Really nice room, very clean and well prepared. Swimming pool is a definitely plus due the hot days! The exact area where it is located doesn't have too much, you need the car to explore the surroundings but in a few min you can visit Cascate del Mulino and historical towns!

It could definitely be a little more choice at breakfast. But od you like something sweet for breakfast there are many choices.
