About this apartment rental
This apartment is located in the main building, the owners live on the ground floor. It is accessed via an external staircase. The kitchen is furnished in a rustic style and furnished with a solid wood dining table, chairs and a sofa bed for two people. The fireplace is available. The kitchen is well equipped and has a gas stove, an oven, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. There are two bedrooms each with a private bathroom: the green bedroom with a double bed (160x190cm) and the blue bedroom with two single beds (90x190). Both bathrooms have a shower. The equipment of the apartment also includes washing machine, dishwasher and iron.
The apartment has a furnished veranda with stunning views of the green hills. A quarter of an hour from the sea, a comfortable and well-furnished house, free wifi connection, for sale our organic products: vegetables and fruit, wine, oil and saffron. 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower, a large living room with sofa bed (if used with extra charge of 100 euros per week) fireplace and American kitchen, with swimming pool among the flowers. Hot water and electricity are produced by the sun. Bicycles available for guests.
The ideal solution for a holiday in a small family-run farm in the Tuscan Maremma. 12 km from the Argentario sea and almost 20 km from the Terme di Saturnia, in the Etruscan land.

Merci à Giorgio pour son hospitalité, sa présence discrète et pour les très bons fruits, légumes, confitures, huile, vin de sa production bio.
La propriété est au calme, coincée entre les vignes et les arbres ; l'appartement pour 4 et sa terrasse sont bien équipés. Le must est la magnifique piscine qui nous a permis de nous rafraîchir en cette période de chaleur.
Il y a plein de petits villages pittoresques à proximité et Sienne à ne pas louper à 1h30.
La mer à 30 mn mais le confort de la piscine est bien plus agréable ! :)
Nous recommandons "Palmo di Terra" pour un séjour en Toscane

Le domaine "Palmo di Terra" est un superbe endroit (entre les oliviers, les vignes et la piscine : tout est vraiment beau ...) et un lieu extrêmement chouette pour découvrir la Toscane du sud et même "pousser" jusqu'à Rome (beaucoup de belles visites et la mer et les superbes plages du monte Argentario à proximité) ... Le gite est très bien (grand, clair et confortable) idéal pour un séjour en famille ... Faut il en rajouter encore sur l'accueil tellement chaleureux de Giorgio et sur sa disponibilité ... Bref un séjour "cinq étoiles" et beaucoup de beaux souvenirs ... A conseiller vivement pour de superbes vacances toscanes ... Rachel et Fabien (Bourgogne)

Une semaine parfaite. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très disponibles. L'appartement est très agréable avec sa belle terrasse sur laquelle on peut admirer le coucher de soleil en dînant. La piscine est superbe. Les produits du terroir sont fabuleux avec une mention spéciale pour le vin. Giorgio ne manque pas de bons conseils pour rendre le séjour réussi (visites, restaurants, plages ...). Un endroit parfait pour découvrir la Maremma Toscana!

Gîte bien équipé, au milieu des oliviers dans les collines toscanes. Confort, calme absolu et vue magnifique. Propriétaires sympathiques, prévenants et discrets. Un environnement à recommander absolument pour des vacances inoubliables en familles.
