Location is great , flet is speceus....
The building where the apartment is located has a big problem with the water supply, so that was a big inconvenience. Just imagine coming back from the beach salty and having no water to shower.....

it’s almost a new apartment. clean and comfy, it has 2 A/C. all the kitchen stuff is there except the microwave
