Сподобалось комунікація з власником☺️ Дозволив заселитись трохи раніше зазначеного часу, в апартаментах є всі зручності які прописані тут, кавоварка, посудом ціна машинка, фен, рушники, кондиціонер, в холодильнику було молоко та вода) а на столі яблука, комфортне ліжко, чиста постіль, дуже зручне розташування, зупинка одразу біля будинку, а до моря пару хв пішки, я максимально була задоволена відпочинком, єдине шкодую, що не взяла на більше днів 😁

It was a lovely stay. Extremely well equipped apartment (incl. dish washer tabs, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, coffee & tea, spices, etc.) and very clean. Calm and safe neighbourhood, with the apartment located on the 1st floor (no lift). There is a connecting door to a small corridor, and then the apartment entrance door, which felt like double safety. I later learned that the apartment next door is the host's family's, which is such a positive security aspect that I think it should be highlighted (esp. for solo travelling women like me). Very kind and communicative host with 10/10 English who even allowed a super early check-in and super late check-out, which I appreciated greatly! Of course this won't always be possible due to other bookings, but I'm so glad it worked out for me so I want to mention it. He even gave me a lift to the airport, so very very kind indeed. Regarding the location: I originally chose Lapad because it's cheaper than the old town, but it turned out to be the much better choice in general. There is a bus stop directly in front of the building which takes you to the perimeter of the old town in around 20min (buy the ticket in the small kiosk at the bus stop, it's much cheaper than buying from the driver). You can walk to the beach in less than 10min, which is arguably a much nicer beach than the one in the old town too. Directly next to the building, there are a couple of really affordable cafés and casual restaurants (I recommend the cevapi from the burger place around the corner, and the bakery next to the café) and 2 supermarkets, plus a drug store (dm). Towards the beach, there are plenty of other restaurants (mostly pricier), bars, cafés, ice cream parlors, etc. to choose from (I recommend the Bosnian restaurant). Also definitely walk on the promenade to the right side of the beach at sunset. I ended up staying in Lapad for a full day and really enjoyed it.

Nothing at all, the apartment and host were great! The only thing I could reasonably complain about are Dubrovnik's prices in general, so plan some extra budget for food, drinks, and entrance fees

Pobyt w tym apartamencie był super udany. Najlepsza lokalizacja (obok przystanek, sklep, promenada prowadząca na piękną plażę), przyjaźni, pomocni właściciele, apartament jest wyposażony doskonale. Dostaliśmy nawet po przyjeździe karton mleka do porannej kawy i smaczne truskawki❤️ Dziękujemy!
