Very nice, well appointed, clean, spacious, loved it!

The location is really great. The apartment is clean, spacious, well appointed, and a really comfortable place to stay. Secure parking was a plus. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. There are lots of restaurants very close and just a 10 minute or less walk to the beach. We walked to Old Town for 4 days that takes less than an hour with an interesting route. We had a great stay and highly recommended this apartment!

Amazing!!!! Can’t recommend enough! So much better then the pictures. So clean, great space, modern furniture, great location. The staff was not speaking English but it didn’t matter, they were so helpful and their kindness shined through all language barriers. Close to the beach and everything you need. Easy to go to old town and airport from here. Would definitely book this place again if we come back to Dubrovnik.

One of the best holidays for my family.

The apartment is modern and comfortable. Nice to have washing machines and dishwasher. The host is caring and kind. She provides all needed information in the written form which is convenient. Location is excellent. Beach is near by and nice promenade with restaurants, playground for kids and markets.

An absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment!

Everything was perfect from start to finish! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and public transport. Communication with the host was seamless- Andreja was responsive and made sure we felt like at home.

Location is excellent and the facilities are exceptional Andreja is very welcoming, nice and helpful. She was even available past midnight as we had done a late check in. The apartment even has high chair for babies and also provides the stroller.

It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment and I cannot find enough words to recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful setting and the thoughtful hospitality of the host. The apartment itself was immaculate, clean, well-appointed and It is equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living area, comfortable beds etc. The décor was charming and added to the relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely book same apartment for my next visit to Dubrovnik.

A best place to strengthen your romantic bonding.

Andreja was very friendly, explained everything. Apartment was clean and tidy throughout. Our 5 night stay was very comfortable. Had everything what we wanted during our stay. Location was superb. It’s located at the starting of beautiful Promenade which leads to the beach then you continue to a long stretch until hotel President alongside the sea. It was a fantastic experience. Lot of restaurant options for food lovers throughout Promenade. Other great convenience was transport, you can get bus & taxi from the close proximity. Grocery shopping is also in close range. Wi-Fi got good speed. Altogether we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Andreja and team Alba :)

Best place to stay

Staff were awesome. I had a very late check in and they stayed back to make sure I got in ok. The place was huge. It could have comfortably had a small family in there. The facilities were excellent too. It has shutter blinds everywhere to keep out the sun/heat, and a/c in the lounge and bedroom too. Heaps of space blankets, pillows and towels too. Lots of booklets in the apartment with suggestions of places to eat, drink and visit. The location was perfect, 1 min walk to restaurants, 5mins walk to beach. 1 min walk to buses/taxis. 40mins walk to Old Town, 1min walk to convenience store. It felt more homely than other accommodation, like it was nice to come back to after exploring all day. Next time I come to Dubrovnik I will stay here again, no doubt about it.

A lovely family holiday in a beautiful city!

Andreja was a lovely host - very friendly and welcoming, always a smile on her face and happy to help and chat (especially when I accidentally locked all our passports in the safe and couldn't get it back open!!!). The apartment is in the perfect location in Lapad. It is at the top of the pedestrian street with easy access onto the street at the side of the accommodation and a lovely bar and restaurant behind the apartment. It is a minute walk to the nearest shop and 3 minutes to the supermarket. 5 minute stroll to the beach down the end of pedestrianized street. The apartment is very modern and has all required appliances and functions for a family holiday (toaster, kettle, dish washer, fridge, oven, washing machine, hair drier, etc) and has excellent air conditioning system which is badly needed after a long day in the Dubrovnik heat. There is a tv in both the living room and bedroom - and a lovely balcony with table and chairs to enjoy lunches and dinners alfresco! I could not fault the apartment or host in any single way - we had a lovely trip. TOP TIP for travelers to Croatia: If taking a taxi from airport (or anywhere) - agree the price before entering the vehicle. We got conned unfortunately by the taxi driver who charged us €70 for our transfer (DOUBLE THE PRICE!!!) - I didn't know the taxi fares at the time - if talking to taxi drivers, never let them know its your first time in the country, say you are a frequent visitor!! The other option is to use Uber - as the prices are set on the app and the Ubers are all taxi's anyways!

Very nice apartment at a very good location. As mentioned before, next to long boulevard with many restaurants. And a bus at 30 meter that takes you to old town in 15 minutes (12 kuna per ride). Can recommend it highly!

Lovely modern apartment, very comfortable. Right in in the promenade but still quiet. It was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything you would need. Host were very helpful and quick to reply to any messages. We would definitely recommend if you want to be close to everything in lapad. Amazing!!!

Extremely good experience, location wise very good, very close to sunset beach and close to supermarket and some of the best restaurants; facilities were full fledged and super clean ; size of the apartment is also very spacious with 2 rooms; washing machine and dish washer came very handy for our family. Wifi speed is excellent and trip to old town with Uber is super economical for a family. Host was extremely welcoming and offered us a red wine as a gift. My kids were super happy with our stay in Villa Alba. Wholeheartedly recommend this awesome apartment to enjoy your stay in Dubrovnik

Excellent, well- located and clean apartment

Villa Alba apartment was an excellent place to have a relaxing and enjoyable family holidays. Location is very close to supermarkets, bakery, and promenade full of restaurants, bars but far enough to have quiet nights. The nearest beach in a walking distance, Sunset beach, is the longest in Lapad. If you want to go to Old Town, there is a close taxi site nearby or just use Uber. Hosts were very kind and helpful. Thank you Andreja and family for having us, we really enjoyed your beautiful, well-located and clean apartment.
