- Blick auf die Ostsee - Kaffeemaschine mit mindestens 20 Kapseln und 5 verschiedene Sorten Kaffee - Sauberes Bad mit Schränken und Haken - Großes Doppelbett mit Blick zu den Sternen - Außenrollos - Innenrollos - Super Vorhänge - Parkplatz direkt am Haus - Moderne Küche
- Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr verwinkelt und es liegt am Ende einer langen Sackgasse. - Man kommt erst in Nienhagen ans Meer, da alle sonstigen Zugänge zum Meer seit Ewigkeiten gesperrt sind.

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, modern eingerichtet und sehr hell mit Blick aufs Meer.
Die Lage ist zwar nahe am Meer, leider kommt man nicht ans Wasser, weil der Zugang gesperrt ist. Man jedes Mal nach Nienhagen fahren. Das ist aber kein Mangel der Unterkunft.
