Superb

A recently refurbished property. It is modern, yet comfortable and clean. The host is friendly as well as attentively. You will find a well equipped accommodation which merely lacks a wine opener😉 A few minutes walk brings you to the steep coast. Warnemünde beach is to be reached in a few minutes by car (<10km). Rostock is close and the other towns (e.g. Schwerin, Stralsund, Greifswald, Wismar, Müritz) are all within a distance of app. 100km.

The internet is extremely weak with frequent drop-outs during the evening. The TV is not connected to the internet, hence Prime, Netflix and brothers are not possible.

Wir sind früher abgereist

Die Wohnung war hübsch und gut gelegen

-Dusche war verkalkt -man hat im Bad noch die zahnputzspritzer vom Vorgänger gesehen -Das Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht so das man sofort wach war wenn sich jemand bewegt hat -Es war hellhörig -die Möbel waren angeknabbert -der Fernseher hat nicht richtig funktioniert -man konnte kein Netflix schauen wie beschrieben -das Internet war schlecht -die Terrassentür ging schlecht auf und zu sie hat geklemmt und gequietscht

Für alle die, die keinen großen Wert auf WLAN legen, empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung ist hell, groß und mit Überlegung modern eingerichtet. Große Bilder runden das Erscheinungsbild ab. Großes Fernsehgerät mit DVD-Player ist vorhanden, wurden von uns aber nicht genutzt und getestet. Brotröster und Kaffeemaschine wurden gerne genutzt. Die Ansprechpartnerin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und leicht erreichbar. Dafür Lob. Die Betten sind in Ordnung, das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer gut als Bett zu nutzen. Wir wurden durch keine Nebengeräusche gestört, weder von draußen noch von im Haus. Nicht weit weg gibt es einen ordentlichen Fahrradverleih.

Eine einzige Steckdose für Brotröster und Kaffeemaschine ist zu wenig. Da gehört ein Verteiler hin, wenn schon keine Doppelsteckdose eingebaut wird. WLAN für Internet ist fast unbrauchbar, könnte aber wahrscheinlich leicht verbessert werden, soweit ich das einschätzen kann. Ein Gigacube arbeitet mit einer SIM-Karte. Da Mobilfunkempfang recht schwach ist und im Haus so gut wie nicht vorhanden, muss der Platz für den Gigacube speziell ausgesucht werden, nicht versteckt kurz über dem Erdboden im Erdgeschoss. Im Freien war Handyempfang gut nutzbar. Dass der verlegte Glasfaseranschuss noch nicht nutzbar ist, liegt aber nicht am Vermieter. In die Quartierbeschreibung gehört ein Hinweis. Es könnte mehr Besteck und Teller geben, wenn man den Geschirrspüler nicht nur wenig gefüllt nutzen will. Das Design-Waschbecken im Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dass man die Fenster nicht verdunkeln kann, ist sehr misslich. Aber es gibt Insektenschutzgaze.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Sehr schöne ,gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen,Erdgeschoss mit eigener Terrasse und Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe .Nur ein paar Gehminuten bis zur Ostsee ,kurzer Weg bis nienhagen Strand (Promenade ) Da ich beruflich dort war konnte ich leider nicht so viel erleben .Eigentümer sehr nett und hat auf Anfragen sofort reagiert .Rechnung für die Firma war auch kein Problem ,was leider nicht immer der Fall ist bei anderen Häusern oder Wohnungen . Ich Komme nächste Jahr wieder ins Haus Ostseenordstern Nienhagen .Vielen Dank .

Gute Lage in ruhiger Straße, die Wohnung ist geräumig

Die Terrasse ist klein und eingezäunt. Das Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht abdunkeln. Die Matratzen und Lattenroste sollten erneuert werden.

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Schöne Ferienwohnung prinzipiell.

Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber bei Problemen. Schimmel an der Balkontür und Ameisenbefall.
