With 3 rooms spanning approximately 67 m², it offers ample space for up to 4 people. The living room invites you to relax with a comfortable seating area and a large dining table with 4 chairs; it features a large flat-screen TV and a hi-fi stereo system with a CD player. The apartment has Wi-Fi.
The high-quality open-concept kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc., is fully equipped.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed, a spacious closet, a sideboard for small items, and a travel crib for the youngest guests.
In the children’s room, you’ll find a high-quality fold-out sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two children; the sofa can be easily folded up when it’s time to play. A sideboard with large drawers provides space for the little ones’ essentials.
The apartment features a modern bathroom with a shower. All rooms are accessible separately. The windows are equipped with exterior roller shutters for blackout. All rooms have underfloor heating.
On the balcony and in the garden, you can enjoy the sun and the fresh sea air. The beach is only about a 3–5-minute walk away.
One parking space is included in the price; bicycles can be stored and locked in a separate bike storage room.

Villa Gesine was built in the high-quality spa architecture style and was completed in 2013. The building features five vacation-friendly apartments spread over three floors: two on the first floor, two on the upper floor, and one in the attic. Each apartment has a parking space right next to the house, and bicycles can be locked up in a separate bike storage room (at ground level).
