Spacious top-floor apartment with a large balcony, just a few minutes from the beach

Enjoy relaxing moments by the sea, explore the Baltic Sea coast by bike from Nienhagen, and wind down the day in comfort on the spacious balcony (covered west-facing balcony) with a spectacular view of the starry sky.

This bright and comfortably furnished vacation rental is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of the “Weiße Villen,” built in the typical seaside resort style. With 3 rooms spanning approximately 84 m², there’s plenty of space for up to 6 people (max. 4 adults) to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The Baltic Sea beach is just a 2–3-minute walk away.

The balcony, furnished with cozy lounge furniture, is accessible from both the living room with its open kitchen and the bedroom. The bright, spacious living room features a comfortable seating area and a large dining table. A TV and a stereo system are also provided. The open-concept kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and more, is fully furnished.

The bedroom features a double bed with comfortable mattresses (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a large wardrobe, and a sideboard for smaller items. In the second room, you’ll find another double bed (pull-out: 0.90 x 2.00 m + 0.75 x 2.00 m), as well as a bookshelf and a small writing desk. In the living room, the seating area can be converted into a sofa bed in just a few simple steps.

The apartment features a shower room with a mirror cabinet and a washing machine. All rooms have separate entrances. The patio doors are equipped with exterior roller shutters for privacy, and all other windows are fitted with pleated blinds. The entire vacation rental has underfloor heating, and the bathroom also features a towel radiator.

One parking space in front of the house is included in the price; bicycles can be stored and locked in a shared bicycle storage room.

Villa Brigitte was built in the high-quality spa architecture style and was completed in 2014. It features five vacation-friendly apartments spread over three floors, with two on the first floor, two on the upper floor, and one in the attic. Each apartment has a parking space right next to the house, and bicycles can be locked up in a separate bicycle storage room (at ground level).

In a beautiful location close to the beach, a total of eight gleaming white houses were built here, featuring charming, romantic architecture and sustainable construction methods.
