Pomocny właściciel, dostępny bezpłatny parking i dobry wyjazd na autostradę, spokojna okolica niedaleko centrum.
Mieszkanie pozostawia trochę do życzenia pod względem czystości – kabina prysznicowa nie była umyta, a podłogi prawdopodobnie nie zostały odkurzone. Deska sedesowa była uszkodzona, a sofa w salonie bardzo skrzypiała, co wpływało na komfort użytkowania. Na minus zasługuje także instalacja elektryczna, ponieważ nie da się korzystać z więcej niż dwóch urządzeń elektrycznych jednocześnie. Podczas próby użycia klimatyzacji i kuchenki w tym samym czasie, w całym mieszkaniu zabrakło prądu, ale na szczęście ten problem został szybko rozwiązany przez właściciela.

Расположение прекрасное,близко от центра а наличие охраняемой парковки (шлагбаум во дворе). Это очень удобно. Связь с владельцем квартиры-даже достаточно поздно быстро ответили на сообщение. Спасибо за отзывчивость.
Это жилье не для тех кто ценит чистоту. Было грязно и не опрятно в квартире, видимо фото в букинге старые и не соответствуют уже тому, что есть на самом деле. Мебель устарела, запах курева был достаточно сильным когда мы зашли в квартиру(а мы остановились с 3 детьми) пол, микроволновка грязные, скатерть в дырках. Было честно говоря не приятно разуваться. Никакой информации об интернете тоже не нашли. К постельному белью вопросов нет, было чистым. Я настоятельно рекомендую качественную генеральную уборку. В остальном все ок, спасибо.
