The property consists of two parts: a larger apartment with a living room, bedroom, and terrace, and a smaller unit with a compact bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and its own small terrace. Although the smaller unit is quite compact (around 20 m²) and combines the sleeping area with the kitchen corner, it is very thoughtfully designed. There is also a separate space with a wardrobe and a bathroom with a proper shower, which makes the layout feel much more comfortable than expected.
Everything is done with great taste: high-quality materials, stylish details, and a very cozy atmosphere. The bed deserves a special mention — even though it looks a bit light visually, it is actually very stable, and the mattress is extremely comfortable. We slept very well.
The kitchenette has everything needed for a short stay, including a great coffee machine. The outdoor area is truly a highlight — a perfect place to enjoy breakfast or coffee while taking in the stunning view of the Dolomites. The view is exactly as described in other reviews: absolutely beautiful.
The only minor downside is that the fridge is located in the same room as the bed, and it can be quite noisy. It turns on and off every 15 minutes, which may be slightly uncomfortable at night.
If you are traveling as a larger group or family, it is probably better to book the bigger apartment, or even both units together — that would be a very convenient setup.
During our stay, the larger apartment was occupied by another family who were not particularly friendly. Even simple greetings in the morning were not returned, which made shared outdoor moments slightly uncomfortable. However, this is of course not related to the property itself.
Everything else was excellent. The apartments are absolutely worth the price, with a great price-to-quality ratio. The host was wonderful — very kind, welcoming, and helpful.

Everything was perfect, the location is excellent for those without a car, and the view of the mountains is wonderful. Carla is a great person and gave excellent advice.
