Francesca was very kind and always replied promptly to my enquiries, providing me with all the information I needed.
Although we stayed during the August heatwave, the room was well air-conditioned and very comfortable. The kitchen, shower and other facilities all worked perfectly.
The location is right next to the cathedral, with a deli, supermarket, restaurants and bars all within easy reach.
At first, I didn’t realise that the kitchen drawers had two tiers, and I was surprised to find there was no cutlery at all.

The apartment is modern, clean, well equipped and in an excellent location - right in the centre of the centro storico and walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, supermarkets as well as the train and bus stations to explore the surrounding area.
Communication with the staff was prompt and helpful and accessing the property was easy to do with clear instructions sent before arrival.
A great base for a stay in Trento!
A few more towels could have been provided for an 8 night stay and the reception with the TV was a bit touch and go.

Air conditioner is not centralized, and you can control it as much as you want. A big bonus for hot summers like these days. Great location, and easy communications with the host. The place basically had everything we needed. Really good value with the price. I will rebook if I visit the city again.
Nothing much. Ah, one small thing. I needed to tie the window blind to prevent it from opening. A minor fix will be better for the future.
