Molto da migliorare
La vicinanza all'ospedale che mi serviva e il bagno moderno e pulito.
Federe dei cuscini sporche, per non parlare dei cuscini stessi. Pareti da pulire e ridipingere. Teli solo da doccia, nulla per viso o ospite, ed erano anche palesemente vecchi o di scarsa qualità. Self check in senza alcun supporto almeno telefonico: il proprietario è all'estero quindi essendoci il fuso orario non è contattabile. Per avere supporto se non riesci a entrare (la sera con una mamma anziana, la neve e tu incinta che non riesci a stare in piedi!) puoi chiamare la donna delle pulizie... peccato che lei dice di non avere le chiavi per entrare, che le uniche sono quelle (bloccate) dentro la cassettina di sicurezza. Ti dice che il codice è corretto, non hai sbagliato niente, ma lei non può venire quindi non sa come aiutarti. E noi nel frattempo fuori ad aspettare un miracolo. Il genio prima di noi evidentemente le aveva bloccate a forza e quindi la cassettina non faceva il giusto scatto, poi si è sbloccata, finalmente. Quindi zero supporto e rischiavo di rimanere per strada senza alloggio, ripeto incinta e con mamma anziana. Se state all'estero dovete garantire supporto in loco o essere reperibili.

Absolut empfehlenswert, Trento ist wunderschön und die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage!
Die Unterkunft ist ideal, es gibt alles was man benötigt und sie ist nur 5 Gehminuten vom wunderschönen Zentrum entfernt in dem es unzählige Restaurants und Bars gibt. Wir haben auch wirklich noch nie einen so zuvorkommenden und netten Gastgeber erlebt wie Max, er kümmert sich wirklich einwandfrei um seine Gäste, ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit wenn etwas unklar ist. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder hier buchen, wenn wir das nächste Mal in Trento sind! Danke für alles, Max! :)

Comodo appartamento anche se un po’ carruccio.
Appartamento ben arredato e funzionale. È proprio un bel appartamento ben ristrutturato con tutti i confort essenziali. Valore aggiunto il poggiolo ma sopratutto l’ ascensore. Posizione ottima in centro città. Silenzioso in un palazzo signorile.
Il telecomando della tv senza pile.
