In pieno centro e abbastanza spazioso per ospitare fino a 6 persone, kit bagno e cucina completi di tutto il necessario. E' un appartemento in cui non manca davvero nulla!

L'appartamento è molto carino, in una zona comodissima a pochi passi dalla fermata degli autobus o una camminata di 10 minuti minuti per il centro storico.
Il palazzo in cui è collocato è molto tranquillo e abbastanza silenzioso, con ascensore al piano.
L'appartamento è spazioso, dotato di tutto quello che serve, e ci è stato fornito il kit di benvenuto con acqua e spumante, cialde del caffè nespresso e anche alcuni stuzzichini e biscotti; inoltre era dotato di kit pulizia (spugnetta piatti, detersivo, guanti) tutto imballato.
La pulizia era impeccabile.
L'unica pecca la comodità del materasso, ma quello è un gusto personale.

Zentrale Lage von der alles in der Stadt sehr gut fussläufig erreichbar ist. Großzügiger abgesicherter privater Parkplatz inkl. guter funktionaler Ausstattung des Appartements. Gutes Badezimmer. Alles war sauber. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Vermietungs-Agentur.
Leider Zuviel. Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen wie die Unterkunft im Schnitt bisher 9 von 10 Sternen erhalten konnte. Die Lage ist zentral aber leider ist es durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof auch sehr laut. Es fahren auch Nachts dauerhaft sehr laute Güterzüge vorbei. Unten im Haus ist eine Autowerkstatt die außer Sonntags pünktlich um 7Uhr morgens mit Schleif- und Flexarbeiten beginnt. Das ist aber sowieso egal weil die Rollos von denen die Hälfte defekt war ein kompletter Witz sind so dass es ab 7Uhr taghell in der Bude ist und man nicht mehr schlafen kann. Die Wohnung kann defakto nicht richtig verdunkelt werden. Hier müsste dringend nachgebessert werden. Die Betten sind zudem zu weich für Menschen jenseits von 70Kg und rutschen permanent auseinander. Zuletzt sollte man das Appartement definitiv nur mit maximal 4 Personen buchen. Wir waren zu 5 mit 3 Jugendlichen/Kindern unterwegs. Die 5te Schlafmöglichkeit ist ein Schlafsofa das in der Küche/Wohnzimmer steht. Es ist nicht unbequem aber wenn das Sofa ausgeklappt ist kann man die Küche praktisch nicht mehr benutzen. Komplett unpraktisch und viel zu eng. Die Küche ist allgemein gut für 3-4 Personen aber für 5 nicht gebaut. Ich denke wenn man zu 3 oder 4 das Appartment mietet, dass es besser ist. Für 5 Personen ist es nicht empfehlenswert
