Lovely stay in a nice apartment in beautiful Menton!

Clean and convenient room in a brilliant location. Beach just across the street, Walking distance to Menton Garavan train station as well as to grocery stores. Balcony facing the hills, which kept it in nice temperatures (compared to the beach side) and it was nice to have breakfast / meals there. Well equipped kitchen, incl. washing machine. Good toilet/shower room. Extra credits for all kinds cleaning stuff. Keys were easy to get. Parking space in the parking hall convenient for a small car, really near by and easy to find. (but it is narrow and low in height). Communications with the owner excellent. A nice room for a short stay in town.

Bed mattresses were worn and not too comfy.

Great compact apartment on the beach with parking.

A great little apartment right on the beach with parking provided in secure underground parking garage just a few hundred meters away. The location is great to walk to restaurants, the pier and beach. It has the smallest lift and the accommodation provides everything including kitchen, laundry and a small balcony in a very compact space.

It was what we expected. The car parking is very tight to get down the ramp.

Superbly located apartment a stone's throw from the beach and views

A 2 minute walk to the beach literally and a 10 minute walk to the best viewpoint of Menton. The apartment was very clean and had everything you would want. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were extra pillows for neck support. Short walk to Menton Garvan station.

The room is a bit small for all the items in it...not much room for luggage. Wifi password was incorrect in the room, required me to make a phone call (international from mobile). No need to withhold this until the last moment. We travelled from Portugal - the code was sent but we were not in a position to receive it until we next had wifi and, of course, we couldn't access it once we were in the room. A piece of paper with the correct code was all that was needed.

Very dirty place, bad experience

Good position for our need, on the way to Italy

Incredibly dirty place! We found hairsin the bathroom floor and the lines of the bed with big spots! It is a room with a kitchen inside so it is too small! No space where you can store your stuff and the terrace is not with a seaside view as advertised. Hot water takes ages before to come out. It doesn't worth the price! The parking is in another building so it very uncomfortable if you have lot of luggage. The comunication is only with few messages via whatsapp, they don't ask anything after the info for self check in neither if everything is ok, if you have found the room with their tresure hunt between the parking and the mailbox where they left the keys. Very bad experience. We don't reccomand it It ia ok only for 1 night if you arrive at midnight and leave at 7 am in the morning.

The most equipped place I ever saw

Despite small size, this property has literally everything for your comfortable stay. We were amazed how the owner prepared all the features so we felt like at home. Whatever you would need in your trip, you will find there. nevertheless to say that property designed with the taste 👍 The owner is such a sweet lady and we enjoyed our stay at full.

A well-appointed and beautifully furnished studio in a very convenient location.

The studio is well-equipped and very tastefully furnished, and the most was made of the space available. It is very well situated for access to the beach (just across the road) and buses. It is also within easy walking distance of Menton town centre. It was quiet, as the studio does not look out onto the road. The owner had clearly thought of everything a guest might need and she responded quickly to any enquiries.

Some days the door-code didn't always work at the first attempt. It would be nice if there were also a key for the door of the building, in the event of issues with the code.

This apartment had a beautiful view to the hills and it was very pleasant to have a breakfast on the terrace, protected from a fierce morning sun. Also it had all the breakfast amnesties you need like toaster, water boiler, coffee machine etc

Perfectamente equipado y excelentemente situado. Detalles que gustan, las cápsulas de café y el té, aparte de las galletitas de cortesía. Además tiene de todo a nivel de utensilios. Bien indicado por la anfitriona como hacerse con las llaves. Parking incluido muy cercano.

Décoration chaleureuse, literie confortable, beaucoup de rangements, Clim fonctionnelle, balcon.

Manque de matériel pour la cuisine (pas de couvercle pour les casseroles) et hygiène moyenne (sûrement les hôtes d'avant qui avaient laissé de la vaisselle sale rangée).

Sehr gute Lage. Direkt am Strand. Zimmer ist leider mit Blick zum Innenhof (Kein Meerblick). Sonst 10 von 10. Übergabe Schlüssel hat super funktioniert. Klima im Zimmer.

Parkplatz war theoretisch dabei, für unser Fahrzeug Tesla Model Y aber eigentlich nicht befahrbar. (Generelles Problem in Südfrankreich ;) Wir waren zu Dritt mit unserer Tochter 3 Jahre. Hier wäre das Appartment für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu klein gewesen.

Klein maar fijn

Vlotte communicatie via Whatsapp met alle nodige info om op eigen houtje de check-in te doen. Sleutel met cijfercode uit sleuteldoos halen. Schone studio op de 5de verdieping met kleine lift. Klein maar gerieflijke studio. Goed bed, goede douche. Parking wat verderop ondergronds in ander appartementsgebouw. Wij hebben deze niet gebruikt omdat het te lastig was qua ruimte voor onze auto en we bij de supermarkt gratis openbaar konden parkeren (betalend tussen 1 juli en 30 september) Daar staat ook een laadpaal voor elektrische auto's, wat voor ons gemakkelijker was op die manier. Op wandelafstand verschillende eet- en drinkgelegenheden. Kiezelstrand aan de overkant van de straat. Studio goed uitgerust met alle benodigdheden. Fijn terras om op te zitten.

Badge voor garage aan de sleutelbos hangen ipv apart te zoeken in de brievenbus. Staat uitgelegd in de info, maar wij hadden het toch gemist. Gewoon handiger om alles samen te hebben omdat je toch eerst even boven gaat kijken hoe de kamer eruit ziet. Daarnaast de parkeerplaats waarbij je geen te grote auto mag hebben. Zoals vaker aangehaald dat de benaming seaside wat misleidend is want je zit aan de achterzijde van het gebouw, met uitzicht op de groene bergflank met spoorweg en bebouwing. Deze is wel rustiger dan de voorkant waar je voorbijgaand verkeer hebt. De trein waar anderen over spreken stoorde ons niet. Voor ons was zeezicht ook geen must. Wij verbleven slechts 1 nacht op weg naar Italië, en dat voldeed perfect aan onze noden. Maar voor wie hier langer wil verblijven en ook regelmatig wil koken is het misschien wat aan de kleine kant. Vermits het een studio is, staat de keuken dus ook pal naast het bed.

La gestionnaire est entrée en contact par sms avec nous . Nous a donné de très bonnes procédures avec photos pour accéder à l'appartement et au box pour la voiture. Lors de mes échanges avec elle , elle me répondait avec courtoisie (très bonne communication). Appartement super bien situé et box facile d'accès et du presque sur place . Très bon retour pour ma part , je viens de conseiller cette location à mes collègues de travail
