Great place in a super area of Marseille. Relaxed atmosphere, lively with local people, nice graffity all over. Bonus of the appartment is the private sunny terrace!

This ugly smell comes now and then. It has nothing to do with the hygiene of the place; you can sometimes smell it on the road as well. It is just a bad and old sewerage that is quite common in a lot of old towns

Okay for a short stay, but a few disappointing things

The staff were nice and communicative and the location was very nice for exploring the town, and very lively in the evening. A few local cheap bars just outside tbe building.

There was no toilet paper or soap when we arrived, and it was in the evening so we needed to go buy some in a convenence shop. The shower was clogged so we could not shower when we arrived. The staff was fast to solve it the following day, however ir was still disappointing. Also it's quite noisy during thr night, I guess because it is in a party area.

Pitty for the water from the Roof!

The location is amazing. The little terrace also. The little apartment is fully equipped and you can find everything you need. The information for get the keys where precise and everything went well.

The first day rained all day and from the roof where leakages. not above the bed luckily. If the owner manage to fix the roof, the apartment is perfect;) The stairs are not so confortable, but in Marseille is the type of stairs you find in the old buildings. So just avoid big luggage ;)

it’s in a good area.

the door takes forever to open. the hallway is scary. if you are a single woman, there are a lot of men who will make you feel uncomfortable around the area.

Schöne Stadt, schönes Viertel, cutes Apartment

Die Lage ist super, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen und man lebt mit in Marseille. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für ein Wochenende.

Der Balkon sowie ein paar Stellen in der Wohnung könnten etwas liebe gebrauchen, auch waren die dicken Kakerlaken im Treppenhaus weniger ansehnlich.

pas si l’on d’être parfait

L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, je n’est pas eu à prendre un seul transport et j’ai pue tout faire à pied. La terrasse est vraiment agréable avec une vue sur les toits ! Service client très efficace qui réponds vite et très agréable. L’appartement est grand et lumineux

Le sol était vraiment très sale, des trace de pas de partout, au point de se demander si le reste de l’appartement a vraiment été nettoyé.

C’était un séjour incroyable dans un appartement super agréable gérer par une conciergerie au petit soin c’était top et on reviendra avec plaisir 🙂
